All websites upon which Dr. Borissova shows up indicate that she is accepting new patients. When I called I actually spoke to a real person all 4 times, and each time the person I spoke with verified that she is accepting new patients. Each time I was told that they were busy and had to check the schedule for availability and that they would return my call either later that day or the next business day. I NEVER received a call back and had to call back several days later only to be given the same song and dance - someone will call me back soon... I got tired of waiting and went with another doctor whose staff made an appointment for me and my wife at the time of my first call. I do not know how Dr. Borissova can hope to be successful when her staff cannot even return a phone call. I would have preferred being told up-front that they were not interested in having my wife and I as patients rather than be strung along wasting my time waiting for a reply that never came... Mike

I had a dental emergency and was in terrible pain on a Thursday. I called the emergency phone number and never got a call back. I finally got an appointment on Monday. Also, I recently got a new crown. Soon after the crown, I noticed throbbing. Dr. Martello said it was due to placque irritaiting the gum. I continued to have throbbing for over 5 months and finally got in to see another dentist. It turned out to be a large abscess that was there long enough to degrade the bone and cause further infection in the sinuses. As a result, I had to have a root canal. Also, the crown is of poor quality and may need to be replaced. I have since heard of other complaints about Dr. Martello. Don't go there!

I am extremely active person who plays tennis and golf, and enjoys hiking and travelling. My symptoms were keeping me from enjoying an active life. My Atlanta Orthopaedic doctor put me on oral medication and PT and said to return if the numbness progressed and he would schedule an epidural. Several of my golfing friends have gone down the route of epidurals, ablations and some have resorted to surgery. I was hesitant to go down that rabbit hole because it felt like I was masking the problem and not addressing the issues. A friend had great success treating her Sciatica with Stem Cells so I started my research. I learned there are SC clinics all over the world. Some focus on specific issues ie auto immune disorders, knees or back issues. What I learned about my spinal issue was it was not one thing that was going to be a magic bullet that would solve the problem. I had my first SC injection in Feb 2026. I returned to Atlanta to continue with Spinal Decompression Therapy along with PT. I returned for my second round in April 2026. Dr Heather Hinshelwood (Dr H) at Fraum Health in Hilton Head SC is the board certified medical director and the quarterback of Fraum Health. Her medical background is extensive. While a Navy Commander she treated the Navy Seals along with an ER practice. Dr. H, is a board-certified physician with a passion for helping people stay active, independent, and healthy throughout every stage of life. That philosophy is what led Dr. H to restorative and integrative medicine and what lead me to her. I am 6 months out from my initial stem cell treatment and I feel stronger than ever. With any treatment there might be bumps in the road. Dr H is a problem solver and stays engaged and accessible regardless of where I was in my journey. Her staff are also dedicated and responsive. I would highly recommend Dr H and Fraum Health. This team are rock stars!
