Then we paid extra for a deep tissue massage and the lady elbowed so hard all across my muscles jumping every single one of them directly along my spine right on the bones that I was left in extreme pain. I have been to this place at least 12 times and today was the last I will go there. I usually go on Monday or Wednesday. Today I was there on Tuesday and they did only 50 minutes instead of 1 hour massage. She left the room twice in that time for few minutes and last time she left she went to get a towel to dry me and that time counted in that 50 minutes. Such a shame. Hi, we have been coming here for 5 years and have never had any problems, but last month and yesterday were awful. The people he always recommended are really bad. He's a nice guy, the one who handles the appointments. Every time we made appointments, we wanted this person to always say they're not here. And he recommended us to different people. And it is awful if you ask for a deep tissue massage for an extra 5 dollars. But this lady is just killing time; they're not doing anything good. Putting a lot of oil and just sliding their hand everywhere, not looking for a knot. It was horrible to experience something like this, and you expect us to give them a good tip. I came home yesterday full of body pain. I was expecting to relax and heal the stiff muscles. Hopefully the owner of this facility recognized those people are coming here as customers and recognized those good employees are doing their good job. I never complain if the job is not good, but this I had to say something for all the customers: experience something like this, they recognized it, and the owner should discipline those who work badly and recognize those people who are good at doing their job. Came here after spending $50 in San Diego for a deep tissue massage. The staff was friendly but there was no AC in the waiting area. The rooms were a good size with minimal deco. The staff knew what they were doing. The lady I was working my lower back that I recently injured from doing bad squats. I gave specific area of pain and I could tell her technique was on point. She even had a second person come assist lift my opposite hip area to be able to have better access to the affected nerve. The professionalism was excellent. I speak spanish so it was easy to communicate I am pretty sure they have English speaking staff. Regular massage is $20 an hour and promo days (tues and fri) are $15 plus tip of course.
