So today, I had my first ever Brazilian . I was very nervous and did not know what to expect. Stacey was absolutely amazing. She made sure from the time I walked into the door until the time I left that I was comfortable and at ease. I experienced little to no pain the entire time. As any young woman concerned with the maintenance of her womanhood, I contemplated the idea of waxing for the benefit of less and thinner hair growing in over time and plus no worries of razor burn or bumps. I was very nervous about getting it done since it was my first time, especially after reading all the horror stories the internet had to offer. I drove 45 minutes to Stacey and I have to say it was worth it. Of course, it's uncomfortable your first time because your hair is being pulled from the roots and your legs are spread wide open to a stranger but you totally forget about that with her. She really is great at conversation which is a great distraction and she works small areas at a time so that it's not as overwhelming. She advised me to take 2 Tylenol about an hour before the appointment and i think it really helped me. Overall, it was not as bad as I was expecting it to be and that's a huge deal for me to say since I have an embarrassingly low to non-existent pain threshold. I mean, I want to cry if a get a paper cut, that's how bad I am. Also very affordable. It's $20-50 depending on if you just want the bikini area done or a full Hollywood wax which includes the back end. I went to see Stacey for the first time today. I've had brazilians several times prior and I was in need of a new girl. I found her through yelp actually. She did a great job and was really easy going and laid back. Aside from the fact that someone is actually ripping your hair out of you, she made the experience pleasant. I would definitely recommend going to see her if you are shopping around. She also got me in right away, too!
