At 9am, I started receiving multiple high-pressured texts that made me feel very uncomfortable and asked if I needed to reschedule. Since I didn't have a good feeling about the correspondence, I accepted the offer to reschedule. The texts then informed me I was be charged $50 for a late cancellation (even though I booked a few hours before and only cancelled because they suggested/offered that I reschedule). I was then informed that I could've taken an appt slot from someone wanting it and that's why I was charged the fee. However, the person I booked with had nothing but open slots from open until close of business. I haven't felt this undervalued by a Fayetteville-based business in the 5 years I've lived here. I would've spent more than enough money to make up for the confusion of this situation, but instead, I feel like this business thinks I was worth nothing more than a lame $50.

Also I enjoyed this spa so much I came back for a Laser called Forma Facial. The providers informed me that it would tighten the skin with heated radio frequency. I would highly recommend this spa for everyone! I've even seen men come in to their spa for appointments.

I am afraid to give out her name because once people start finding out how artistic she is, it might become impossible to get an appointment. She is very detail oriented, patient and understanding and most of all she loves to do the artwork. You can read it in her face and that is coming from a fellow artist. Her name is Lindsey and if you ever want a little flair and a little bling-bling then she's the one that you need to see. The salon itself is newly renovated and very elegant. So if you find yourself in need of a new set of nails, a manicure or a pedicure then you need to stop in and see Lindsey, Peter, or the rest of the friendly staff at Lily Spa on Legion Rd.

However, after I spoke with Carmen Maldonado, a Patient Care Coordinator, she eased so much of my apprehension. I called an emailed Carmen so much prior to my procedure, I'm sure I must have been a burden. But she never made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her at all. As a matter of fact, it was quite the opposite, she made me feel as if I were her priority. I had my mother and a close friend with me the the day of my procedure and they both noted how awesome Carmen's care and attentiveness was toward me. We decided, collectively, she needs a raise or special day set aside just for her..... something that shows her how valuable she is.....#Carmen'sCare! It's been a little over 9 days since my procedure and I've seen Carmen four times, telephoned Carmen, and emailed Carmen many many many times and she still without hesitation provides what seems to come so effortless to her........#Carmen'sCare! I could literally go on and on but you will just have to check her out for yourselves. That should have been my first clue to leave. My right brow was done very high and light in color and round shaped and my left brow was was low and dark in color and square shaped. Right away I knew my brows were messed up. But Angel insisted I needed to wait for 4 weeks to heal and my brows would be more symmetrical. I did and nothing changed. I got a follow up appointment because she said she could correct my brows. I went back July 7th for my appointment and she's not there. I texted her and received a call with her apology and that she would be there in 30 minutes. I decided to leave and texted her I was leaving and going elsewhere for help. She continued to insist she could fix my brows. So I went back and thought my brows had been corrected. After a few days the scaling came off. I still had major issues. I have very noticeable Unevenness and color shading in my brows, especially more in the left. I'm so unhappy after giving her a second chance. I will be seeking another professional to help fix my brows.
