No matter how great the doctor is, if you can't get an appointment or get rude treatment by the staff the practice is doomed and will not survive. I got an appointment 2 months out and they said they would text me all the information. Next day when i didn't get a text i called 3 times (first time they put me on hold for 10 minutes before i hung up and called back. Second time same thing. Third time i got through only to find out that for some reason i never got the appointment. She said she would have the person who made the appointment call me back. Still haven't got a call or text. Not a good way to run a business and a doctors office is a business! If you are not a HMO patient you have a choice of who to see.
