I have lived for 8 years the manager was Jose best manager ever had. since Jose left to work in SD…read more since then 5 different managers in 5 years. now the manager and maintenance they are doing a terrible job. many pigeons and pigeons drops and feathers all over the place pigeon drops are unhealthy, to many dogs and cats too many poops in the yard. Parking lot always dirty with a lot of leaves. thrash cans always bags of thrash on the floor with a lots of flies. tenant we need to get together and complain to the county about those pigeons drops and the smell.

First off they…read moregave me my apartment dirty asf didn't even bother to clean up or do repairs on the damages that the old tenants left behind. I came in and cleaned everything my self before moving in. My dad has done all and any repairs I've ever needed(which was a shit load) it's been issue after issue with everything inside the apartment. The "maintenance" here isn't really a maintenance person. They just come to your apartment to hit on you and make you uncomfortable and can't even fix a damn thing! There's no emergency number if you have after hours emergency. Front office never answers the phones or responds to emails. The neighbors are awful. Super dirty , and rude and hostile. We have random people coming inside the apartments because the gates don't work or lock so anyone is free to come in :) I've had people try to break into my apartment TWICE! I've been stalked and harassed by my male neighbors. I'm a single woman with a toddler. I've brought this up to their attention numerous times and they have yet to do anything. They honestly don't care about the safety of their tenants or even the conditions of these apartments that they're housing people in. But soooo quick to cash the check for the rent every month. So sad.. i can't wait to get the hell out :(
