My family and I were in a time crunch relocating from NorCal for work. The property manager Alejandra made the moving process so convenient and fast for us. Leasing agent Maggie has also been very helpful and friendly, she has made me and my family feel welcomed. Maintenance tickets have been resolved in a timely manner. I'm honestly impressed with how fast our maintenance tickets have been resolved. My apartment is beautiful and so spacious! I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a safe and quiet place to live.

For what the rent was a camera or some sort of security watch would have been nice. Not to mention the pigeon problem at this complex was terrible. We lived here for two years. If we hadn't bought a house in EC we might still be there. Parking was never really an issue. I occasionally would bring home my work truck and I think once I had to park outside the gates but in general there is always guest parking available. The pool is small but nice. The grass area is small as well but kept up nicely. The gym is small but has what you need and is rarely busy. Overall it's pretty quiet. We had some neighbors across the way that kept us up maybe 2 nights out of the 2 years we lived there, but they moved. Why 4 stars then? It's a little overpriced. Security is a little lacking - they do have cameras and what not but there were always people coming in off the street and going through the garbage. Also, like most corporately run apartments, "wear and tear" does not exist. We left the carpet and the apartment very clean and still had half our deposit taken. However, for El Centro, it's about the best you can do.

The condo I rented seemed good when my family and I first moved in, but just a few weeks later we started noticing the hidden stains, the toilet that keeps breaking, the broken blinds, the broken closet doors and much more. We have an appliance that broke down and it's been broken for over six months I called urban American properties to send out their handy man, not only is their customer service unprofessional, rude and lacking but they lie. I had to wait another three weeks before he came to fix my broken appliance, that was two months ago and it's still broken! They have one handy man and that's impossible for him to get all his work done. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They have terrible customer service, if anything breaks down you can't rely on them to come fix it right away.. sometimes they don't even show and not to mention if they do send a handy man your way they don't call ahead to schedule an appointment with you so he will stop by without you knowing and if you miss him they blame you. The rent they charge is so overpriced for the bad service they give out in return. Please, let me advice you to stay away from this terrible company.
