He has not only listened to me but has also provided me with tools that I can use in my everyday life. He has encouraged and motivated me to face challenges that once felt impossible. Because of his compassion and encouragement, I've been able to begin my healing and growth journey. I am learning to see myself again, to reconnect with who I am, and to finally breathe. (And that's a HUGE deal.) I am so grateful for his guidance, support, and for always going above and beyond to truly help people who feel broken and helpless.

When I addressed the discomfort, she had an attitude & essentially told me it's her job to challenge me. I agree & my favorite therapist in the past was very challenging, but I think Lisa was frustrated & her delivery wasn't very professional. It definitely wasn't a style that's compatible with my preferences. It felt like she was trying to make up for not adding much input in the beginning by really asserting herself brashly towards the end. She'd be quiet most of session & then ask pretty pointed questions that felt accusatory (maybe they weren't & that was just because I didn't feel great rapport). Either way, I wish she'd have tried some different techniques to help me open up in the way she wanted or been more transparent about the way she saw sessions going earlier. Next time if I feel like I'm having lackluster sessions, I'll bite the bullet & find a better fit for myself. The office hours are pretty flexible though & I liked that you can text to schedule your appointment. $1 fee for paying card, but cheap copay with my insurance.

I seriously thought I had to go see my doctor and request X-rays of my back because the ache was just so uncomfortable. I've never tried reiki healing before so I wasn't sure of what to expect but I went in with and open mind and willing to receive whatever this healing brought to me. Everyone's experience is different and unique so I'll briefly share mine... the setting was so peaceful, Karen made sure she explained everything prior to starting. Almost immediately into the session I started to feel the energy and for me it felt like I was floating on a very peaceful ocean. I felt all the tenseness throughout my back release. It literally felt like it was being pulled out from the top of my head (felt weird but so good), I got so relaxed that I might have dozed for a bit. Once the session was over I felt light, like a weight had been lifted of my shoulders. I went home and rested for a couple of hours. The next day my back ache was gone, I felt good, felt happy and nothing at work could stress me out. All in all...great experience, Karen is awesome and I highly recommend it!!!! Planning on booking my second session soon.

She's a compassionate…read moreand caring psychiatrist who provides helpful lifestyle advice and is willing to listen if you have any concerns or questions about medications. She's the best psychiatrist I've ever seen. She helped diagnose me with ADHD after years of academic struggle in my teens, and she knows a lot about ADHD medications, even all of the newer ones. I highly recommend her! Additionally the office is always good at sending appointment reminders/confirmation calls, and helping me book my appointments many months in advance. If anyone is having issues with office staff it's because their original lady Theresa switched jobs (funnily enough she works at the medical clinic I go to for physical therapy now) and since then there's been a very high turnover of front desk staff; almost every time I've had appointments the past two years it's been a new person. That's not the fault of the business owner if they are struggling to find good, consistent staff members. As someone who works at a small business myself I can understand how hard hiring reliable people can be. Once you get past any scheduling issues it's worth it to stay. Getting your foot in the door of a doctor's office is always the hardest part, but it gets easier after that.

EMDR therapy is used for post traumatic stress disorder and their offices popped up when I looked into it on my insurance portal. As a receptionist, there should be at least some type of knowledge base for something like this. I don't expect the front desk receptionist to know exactly what the therapy entails, or even what it is in all honesty, but I do expect her to be able to at least show kindness and not sound like a condescending snob over the phone. Look Wendy, it's not my fault that you don't know very simple things about your job after 20 years. I'm sorry you're still there seeing that you seem to hate the people who come in so much. All I ask is that you either figure yourself out and learn how to treat people with common decency, or retire soon to give the job to someone who deserves it more.

Thee OG staff I do miss. There's two Drs and 1 remaining assistant that I cannot recommend enough. Firstly, D.O Daniel W Lane literally saved my life. I've been his patient for many years prior to him working here at this location. I've had a lot going on in my life over the last decade and he's been with me every step of the way. He's so passionate about what he does and helping people. He genuinely and wholeheartedly cares about people in general but especially us (his patients). He's so dedicated and committed to helping me in my mental health journey as well as my entire health. He's very intelligent, knowledgeable not only in his field (psychiatry) but medicine, and general medical practice. He's well seasoned. Thorough. Understanding. He's amazing at listening. He makes it a priority to really know you, how you think, your life. He never makes decisions without consent or my opinion. It's really a team effort type of treatment. He always wants to make sure i feel comfortable and safe. There's very few people in this world that I trust and he's 1 of them. When I'm feeling really depressed, spiraling, if something major happens or need to give any updates or just need support he's always there. I can go on and on about how awesome he is, how he's beyond an amazing Dr, how he sets an example of how Drs should really be and how we as patients should be treated, how he holds himself accountable and sets high standards for himself. Dr. Lane can never ever be replaced. He is a rare type. I'm so blessed to be a patient of his. He himself is a blessing. I appreciate him and hope he knows how thankful I truly am. Now, Verenice Dr. Lanes right hand "man" woman. Not only are they the Best combo working together, they complement each other but they share the same qualities and values. She really cares about my ( our us patients) wellbeing but she really loves helping others. I've relied on her countless times more like all the time. I can call her, leave her a message, an email and she always responds, she always shows up no matter what. She follows through. I'm beyond confident in her. The amount of support, the emergency sessions she's booked for me, the phone calls where I've cried on the phone, the endless amount of kindness and compassion and empathy she's shown. She also gives so much of herself. I'm so lucky to have her in my corner. I appreciate her as well. I honestly can't give her and Dr. Lane enough credit. Not only do I recommend on her, on any website, but to everyone in need of help. If you are lucky enough to be treated by Dr. Lane you will never ever want another Dr and will always compare every specialist and staff to him and Verenice. And for the Grand finale Amy Herter :) has been my therapist, my go to, my sounding board, my unconditional daily support system. I see her multiple times per week for years. Dr. Lane actually referred me to her for CBT and I'm so thankful for that because I couldn't have made it through, I couldn't have progressed thus far, I couldn't be a better person without her. She's non-biased and genteelly tells it how it is when needed. She kindly encourages me in my daily life taking in consideration all my health problems, my chaotic family and life problems. She celebrates all my small and big wins and talks me through life's challenges and disappointments. She has and continues to just sit with me even in silence so I can breakdown, ramble just so that I don't feel alone and feel safe to be so vulnerable with her. I never feel judged by her. I trust her so much. I'm comfortable with her. No matter what time or day I know I can always call her or text if I need her support. She offers so much. She's so friendly, she's funny, totally down to earth, she's brilliant. She's experienced in so many categories and life itself. She's very loyal. Very honest. Amy embodies all the amazing qualities as one would want in a friend by really setting thee perfect example. She helps me to realize how important I am in life and how deserving I am. When I can't find my purpose Amy reminds me of all that I have. I couldn't survive without her. For anyone looking for or needs or wants to try therapy HANDS DOWN you need Amy.
