Fast forward two days and I showed up for appointment at Madalyn's specified day and time. The receptionist informed me my appointment was the day before and I had missed it. I showed her the text exchange I had with Madalyn stating my rescheduled appointment. She apologized and told me Madalyn wasn't working and I'd have to reschedule. But I'm so glad my first time was with Meghan. She seriously is the sweetest person I've ever met. She was so gentle and really helped me feel relaxed which is not easy for me!! I love that she walked me through her process before starting and as she went along. I booked for an hour and it was the most relaxing hour of my life. She gave amazing scalp and shoulder massages throughout and she has the perfect pressure. The whole process just makes you feel so pampered and relaxed. I think we could all use some pampering with how hectic life can be. We did a jelly mask and it felt so amazing on my skin. Meghan told me what to expect after and recommended products. Upon arrival in store, I was greeted promptly and given a bottle of water by the owner. Afterwards, my stylist, Kiarra, took great care of me and did a wonderful job on the highlights in my hair! The color was matched perfectly to the reference pic I showed her. She was super gentle and detailed throughout all stages. Also, since I'm a perfectionist she helped me with some touch ups and was very thorough in helping catch any places that needed additional fixing. I love that she was super empathetic and understanding about getting every single hair detail just right until I was satisfied (I've definitely noticed other stylists in the past seeming annoyed about fixing up and redoing an area)! They were also able to accommodate me after work same day and gave me some recommendations on products and extensions! Really loved coming here! The staff are wonderful and welcoming, but definitely shout out to Kiarra for her awesome service and passion!

She's done manicures, pedicures,…read moreacrylic tips, gel shellac for me & painted polka dots on my 4 year old daughter's nails & toes. I've been pleased with her prices as they are better than anywhere else I've been. Kim also takes the time to do things right instead of doing them the faster, easier way. She is also really good about fitting me in when I need her to. The salon is the cleanest I've seen too! They use new files for each customer & sanitize like crazy lol! I find myself coming to the salon often enough that I consider Kim a friend now :)
