I bought my wife a pair of $700 gold/diamond earrings from the Newnan store. She decided they…read morewould not work because she has long hair and no one see them. So we had 30 days to return and we were going to take them back on day 28 but my son was involved in an auto accident (I have the ER bill to prove it.) so we tried to take the back on day 33. The refused to take them back and said they would exchange them but there was nothing she wanted. Literally 3 days later and due to an emergency??!?!?!?! The woman helping me suggested I try to sell them online or TAKE then to a pawn shop?!?!?! I suggest going ANYWHERE but Kays and my family of 5 Adult children and spouses have bought there before but will now be going elsewhere for our Jewelry. Pretty sure my experience at a Pawn Shop would be far more enjoyable.

My family has been a JC Penney family for years, so when this location opened up in Newnan, we were all pumped...especially my mother! Parking is no issue, as there is a large dedicated lot for the store. And if there ever was an issues there are plenty of over flow spaces at nearby businesses. My father and I enjoy JCP for their shirts, specifically polos and button-ups. They always a great selection at great prices! Additionally, I have been able to snag some off-the-rack suits from JCP for fantastic prices...like a full suit for around $100. Totally worth it! Outside of formal wear, JCP has stepped up their athletic/ath-leisure section. Prices for these items are still a little higher than I like to pay, but the selection is growing and impressive. Outside of clothing, I enjoy shopping JCP during the holidays as about 40% of my total gifts for my immediate family comes from JCP...and they don't mind one bit! Additionally, when we were kids we used to hit up JC Penney for family portraits and now my sister keeps that tradition alive with her family. I will say that those pics still come out as amazing as they did 20+ years ago! Overall, this is a great location that I have never had any issues with. The online ordering process was seamless, and my parents said the delivery was easy and it was just what I ordered them! I'll be doing this again for any last minute gifts!

The order never showed up that day, and I got zero notification that anything had gone wrong. I only found out the next day after calling the store myself, that it still hadn't been delivered. When I called, the representative told me the delivery driver most likely ate the strawberries and that she'd remake my order. That's a wild thing to hear as an explanation, and it still doesn't excuse the fact that I was never proactively told my Father's Day gift wasn't coming. On top of that, every detail of the order was wrong: the delivery date, the strawberries (which were supposed to say "Best Dad Ever" and didn't), the balloons, and the flowers. Nothing about what arrived even indicated this was meant to be a Father's Day delivery. I get that mistakes happen, but the complete lack of communication combined with every single detail being botched is what really soured this experience. If something goes wrong, tell your customers, don't make them chase you down. Disappointed, especially given the occasion, horrible.
