So two reviews about one bad experience you had in this one particular Dollar General? That gives you the right to call this place crap and make the employees feel like crap? They're people too, and when you leave garbage reviews they're gonna work like you treat them. Aside from that, this crew is not anything close to a "one star review". They were open normal hours on Thanksgiving. Any other stores in the area stay open regular hours on a national HOLIDAY?? Didn't think so. So when you leave reviews like that, remember that these people have names. And people with names tend to have feelings. JADE works hard. KAYLA works hard. SIERRA works hard. Rae is fairly new so she'll get there. But she's cool. And the younger gentleman that always helps me out? He knows who he is. He's just as awesome. Remember, name tags are important. Point is, all of these people show up to work to provide what other stores can't. And if they say then can, they're literally LYING to your face. Want proof? Check the pics. But enough ranting. Be nicer to people in general. No pun intended. Stop leaving one star reviews just cuz you're mad at one incident. That hurts people, still. And it sticks because here we are, with the third review for this store on yelp, and only ONE MAN, stepped up and backed up what he said WE should do. Anyway, RC Cherry is the best. Dollar General in Chester is the only store I've ever seen have it in the last 6 months, two separate times. They don't even carry it in Arizona anymore. Trust me, I was there.

They don't subscribe to the usual country-wide USDA meat standards at all, instead push some off brand "sterling silver" stuff that they call the top 2/3ths of choice meats. They don't label things (like everywhere else) as select, choice or prime. That's the USDA standard across the USA. I discovered WHY they don't do that--they don't want to invest in a trained meat grader. It takes money to achieve the USDA standards. So if you buy any beef from them it's a complete gamble. Toss your dice, instead of your money away. I called them three times to get the manager's attention to this problem but she never bothered to return my calls. If you break down and buy their stuff just be prepared to have to return it--they don't trim the excessive fat off anything. Their logic--force the buyer to have to pay for it. Being choice fundamentally means we are being denied the ability to purchase quality beef at all from Holiday Market. Apparently it's quite common for customers to have to return meats. Other than beef, we have discovered other meats to be spoiled--literally rotten. Fortunately, it was so rotten we avoided eating it so as not to get food poisoning. On the positive side Holiday Market has a great in-store pharmacy and excellent employees (other than a non-responsive manager).

Leah, the manager is wonderful but her hands are tied. Next door @ North Fork Storage (a new facility) they quoted me a 12x15 for $130 per month. I'll factually highlight that they're gauging. I've been a customer for 6+ years. I rented a 10 x 15 in 2021 that cost me $110 a year and if I paid The entire year at once I got one month free. This brought the price to about $100 a month. Four years later they are charging me $164 a month. That's a 64% increase in four years (an average of 16% per year!) Even Biden, and his lousy policies, didn't produce that kind of inflation, he's at 5.2%! So airport Storage, which has no real consumable material costs, is charging a good customer 300% the inflation rate during the Biden administration. This is nothing but a money grab, and especially shady as hell since when I called their service center I can rent the same 10x15 unit today for $147 per month at the same facility.
