When we purchased our home we saw that Norsky Septic had been the septic provider of our home on South Camano for basically forever. Lucky for us, since our older system was in good working condition. I am sure in large part to Rudy and the previous owners being kind to the system and proactive on maintenance and inspections. Our older system which has been treated gently and inspected regularly is proof that you can keep an older system in good condition by being responsible owners of it. I found from Island County Dept of Health that Nordsky Septic (Rudy Gladsjo) had not submitted inspection records for my septic pumping in 2020 and 2022. I called Rudy and he said he would look. No response. I called the Dept of Sanitation. They called him and he cannot find the inspection reports/records. I did get hold of Rudy once, mention my concern about no inspections reports being filed and my wanting a $390 refund. He was leaving the hospital so I cut him some slack and was to call a week later. Over the last two months, I have called three times, leave voicemails, now have been sending text messages to his mobile phone per his website. No return calls or messages. I have no choice but to raise the concern higher with Dept of Sanitation for a hearing. More to come later...... Rudy Gladsjo can pump septic if on flat land. Complains about pumping up hill on a residence due to his truck. No inspection reports filed.

Then I noticed he bought new trucks, both of them small. So, the small truck excuse is just a scam to charge unknowing or kind people twice what it should cost to pump out.
