They told me I was coming too often because I had come in once earlier that week, which was weird but no big deal. Then they told me they were out of the Lactated Ringers half bags, which are one of the two options they have available for bags. Again, no big deal. I asked when they'll be ordering more, and that's when she got annoyed and told me she wouldn't be ordering anymore because she ordered too many of the plain Saline bags and wanted to use them up before offering the LR bags again. I was trying to work with the business, because I get mistakes happens and sometimes you order too much of one product on accident. Maybe they're low on funds and struggling, or she didn't want to get in trouble with the boss for over ordering. Not how I would run my business, drives customers away, but whatever. So I asked if I should call before booking my next LR bag to make sure it's in stock and she basically went off on me, told me she wasn't going to bother ordering them so I shouldn't even call to ask. She then started telling me I should just come less and getting bigger bags/ pay more. At this point I just wanted to leave in the middle of the service, because it's obvious this place only cares about money and not their clients. So I left and found a better IV business that actually encouraged me to come in more often and has all their products in stock regularly. I originally wrote this review on the Fresha app, got no follow up with the business and my low-star review disappeared while the 5 star reviews I had put from previous visits stayed up. So beware as business values money over their clients and is probably getting their low star reviews on most platforms hidden. I was hoping to give them a chance to reach out before giving a 1 star review but they unfortunately dropped the ball on that like they have many other things with their business.
