I was there for a hour and half with my 2 year old ( imagine how that was ) and the issue wasn't resolved manager said online will send me a gift card for the amount . Week and half later didn't receive email they said it was denied. I had to explain what happen again and they told me to go into store and next day went to another manager who said on the phone a day before she can get it resolved. Waste of time because she couldn't even help as well . Online open case again and when I received my gift card for the cashier error she did my ULTA online account was closed so I can't order online no more . Reached out to a supervisor online and they told me it was because I open a case for the gift card ( which didn't make sense it was my money that wasn't returned). And I can only shop in stores for now on. I will never shop with Ulta Ever Again. And I also had an issue 2 years ago with missing items from order. I was also in the highest tier of a shopper had all the perks they lost my business.
