Every time I come here its amazing ! So many helpful and kind workers, my personal favourite is Monica shes the sweetest kindest person and makes my day every time I come here. The only necessary bad or uncomfortable experience I've had was recently with the new security guard and I was just followed around everywhere. I take it very personally as a woman of colour because I'm used to being followed around and I understand its Sephora. But being followed around 24/7 was not a nice feeling and I feel targeted because I'm a woman of colour and usually Sephora is a safe place for me. Other than that though I love all the workers here, maybe just work on not following certain people around the store 24/7. read more
