Parking is an issue--they have a few spots up front (some are only 15 minutes). If you can't find one up there, you have to pull around the back in this sketchy parking lot. Customer service isn't there. The associates barely greeted me and didn't even look up. They were talking with one another. The only time I got real customer service is when I was taking too long to buy something. One of the employees snuck up on me and asked if I needed help. I felt rushed. The girl talked to another employee the whole time she rang me up. Again, no interaction. This store has a good variety of products, but the parking situation and lack of customer service cancels that out.
