Standard beauty store. Customer Service is always spot on located by the Stonecrest Mall lots of parking.

This Beauty supply store has Great and accommodating services and I got everything I needed

I am usually a fan of this location since they have a lot of items and are usually well stocked. Unfortunately the anti-theft policies just rub me the wrong way and I will not be returning to the store. As I was shopping, I was informed that customers are not able to carry items from the cosmetic section around the store while they shop. You have to either leave them in that section or pay for them first. This is news to me since I've been shopping here for years. I completely understand that the store had a right to protect itself from theft to stay in business. Unfortunately this just means it's time for me to seek out another store that can provide a more pleasant and relaxed shopping experience. Truly a shame read more

the worst store to go too! they close 10 mins early everyday ! it's not cool or right due to others who get off work and have to come in traffic but yall lazy a** couldnt keep the store open for 10 whole mins??? like i will do whatever it takes to make SURE YALL CLOSE AT 9 I'll easily get a petition going period! This establishment needs to have sales helpers on the floor. There's no one around to assist or inform you about products. I was overwhelmed by my experience. Unless you know exactly what you want or have been in the store before, plan to spend some time there searching for what you need. Smh. read more

Although this is a HUGE store and has EVERYTHING, the customer service sucks. I went in today to purchase a few things. NO ONE greeted me (and there were 2 young ladies at the register, talking). When I went to the back, the girl working with the girls ha an attitude and didn't seem interested in helping me (I didn't even want to ask her a question). We all have bad days. A case of beauty on the outside and not as beautiful on the inside...Chapel Beauty always leaves me feeling Like unappreciated. Their sales people seem to feel that they are doing you a favor helping you. Went into to pick up a few items and asked the young lady behind the counter a question and she looked me up and down and the pointed in a general direction. I did not see a wide range of the product and asked another clerk for help who quickly sent me back to the the first young lady who seemed just as uninterested. I left disgusted. Keep in mind there is a Sally Beauty a few steps away. Their staff was helpful, did not have what I was looking for, but pointed out a smaller mom and pop that did. I was able to find what I needed...but went back to the Sally just because they cared. Chapel Beauty needs to let their clerks know...customers will remember how you make them feel. And when your competition is just a few feet away, they must do better. read more

This store has a large selection of hair and Beaty products to choose from. I like coming here because of their wide range of options to choose from. I don't like that the prices are not always bivalve mead the products especially when you're in the hair section it can be annoying having to go to the register just to find out the cost. But over this is a good beauty supply store and one of their larger ones in the area read more

Long story short, Walks in.. looks around the wig dept no one. Finally, a woman comes out and she says nothing. I asked for a wig cap which is 50 cents. No help with the wigs what so ever. With the 50 cents cap that you purchase to try on wigs you can only try on 3 any more than that you have to purchase another cap for another 50 cents. How about the young lady disappeared with no warning. So the Asian lady pops put and said the rules are after three try one you have to " buy nudder cap" I said No thank you. You just lost a customer. read more

Online says they close at 9pm but they have the doors closed at 8pm! Make it make sense. Customers are wasting their time driving here.

This store operated by Chinese does not seem to be aware of COVID-19. Went in today and they have people standing too close to each other. I asked a lady to give me my space, and in front of the manger she cursed me out, and he stood there and said nothing. Customer service is very bad. The cashiers at chapel beauty are ghetto and rude. Ive shop here many times it was a waste if time go to Anns beauty supply instead instead.

Tameka was very rude to me. She didn't help with anything. I asked her a question and she told me to "go over there I don't work in that department" she brushed me off and was being very nasty and rude. I deserve to feel better as a paying customer. I just called not to long ago to find out if they had a product in stock and when I barley even got to the description of the item the young lady barley let me talk and was like "um let me check" and about two seconds later, she comes back saying "no we don't have that" like i know it didn't take two seconds to look at all of the products in the store. I've been in there a couple times so i know how big that things is. On top of that it's like she didn't want to help me try to guess another location or anything she was just go quick to hang up. BRING A LIST! Wow, this store is large and has a very nice selection of products. I think that the best way to tackle a store of this size is to first do your research and generate a specific list. You can then walk in and not feel so overwhelmed. I walked around and noticed that they had a nice selection of wigs, styling tools, accessories and even clothing. With a store of this size, they could definitely benefit from having a consultant on the floor to answer customer's questions about various products. There were so many great looking products that I just couldn't resist buying a couple of leave-in conditioners to add to my daily routine. I think that I am becoming a product junkie! The manager here was AWFUL! He went off on a customer in the store about her ability to use the restroom. They don't have anything that your looking for so it is a pointless trip to make. I am definitely a fan of this store! I am from Oklahoma and I was introduced to this store by my daughter. I have never seen a store quite like this. The selections on wigs were amazing and the price range was fantastic. They also have about every product you would hope to see plus some you don't see in a supply store. Some of the products that are only sold here through a beauty salon were readily available at this store. I was hoping to find this store's web page and even more so I would have like to have seen a list of their products and the ability to choose and order from their website. I guess you can't have it all but I don't want to have to fly or drive to Georgia to get some items from the store. Sigh!!!!! read more

Nice and clean big store. Big store with nothing. I can rarely find things here they don't carry a lot of products to be a huge store. I have to go to the next beauty supply store in the area and they usually have it and their smaller way smaller. I have had bad experience shopping here and I just completely stop shopping here and the items are overpriced. read more

The stonecrest store was having issues with their computer system on 8/16/17 so they was only taking cash, wasn't a problem by the way. So I was ignored from the time I entered the store anyway the staff was rude and when I asked for help I was literally ignored and one cashier rolled her eyes and another one had an attitude I was treated horribly so I decided to spend my money where I could be appreciated as a customer.
