Over the past year, she has been willing to try different approaches to help my husband and I find solutions that work. I've been a patient at Kaiser Permanente⁠ for about eight years, and I have never had a doctor quite like her. Dr. Canady is something special. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication to her patients set her apart. I'm no stranger to Asian foot massage places, and I'm fine with minimal frills provided the service is good. On 3/20, I visited the Covington Highway location after calling ahead for an appointment. I asked for a foot massage, and there was some initial confusion that ended up with me getting put in the wrong room but it was quickly sorted. I was asked about the type of pressure I'd like, and when I shared that I wanted firmer pressure, they mentioned it would be $10 extra. A little unusual for a foot only massage and not listed on the pricing menu, but it was disclosed verbally upfront. Annoying but fine. During the course of my 1 hour foot massage, the masseuse is on her phone texting and coordinating appointments. She gets up and leaves the room 9 times. 9! To go and help translate with customers who are coming in for their appointments. She's apologetic, but how much "firm" pressure do you think is really being applied when you're massaging with one hand and texting with the other? At this point, I've already made the mental note not to return. Now to the moment that prompted the review: I go to check out and I do tip $10, despite not being happy overall with the constant breaks in service and not feeling like I got exceptionally "firm" pressure. She then asks me to tip $20 instead. To ask for an ADDITIONAL tip knowing that you provided poor service is absurd, greedy, and very bad business.

The urgent care I visited last year, Northlake Urgent Care, located at 4060 Lavista Road is also SnapCare Clinic. This business has sent my personal information overseas to a call center in India. My name, address, social security number, date of birth, and phone number are all being traded in a foreign country known for identity fraud and scam calls. Now they are trading my personal information amongst themselves. Five minutes after I began to write this review, my wife called me and told me she had received the same call from the same person. She visited that same location before I visited. The only reason I gave a one star rating is because there is not a rating below one star. DO NOT do business with these people. They are providing your personal information to foreign entities that can do anything they wish with it, without consequence.

My first experience was a fail because I booked an early morning appointment and when I got in, I gave them my insurance cards but turns out they couldn't even contact my insurance company because it was based off in Vegas, where I used to live. Georgia is three hours ahead and so being that I booked an 8 or 9 o'clock appointment, it would've been 5 or 6 in the morning in Vegas so they weren't even open yet. I don't blame anyone for this. It was just inconvenient for myself since I had to reschedule. The next time I went, it went much smoother since I called a couple days beforehand and they got my insurance info and called them before my appointment date. So I got my exam done and it didn't take too long. However, the doctor didn't write me my clearance letter nor did he mail it to me like I thought he would. Instead he just mailed me my physical exam results, a week later, which is useful but I still needed my clearance letter. So I called the office again and he said he'd finally type it up and I picked it up the next day. Overall, there were minor inconveniences and I just wish they wrote out the clearance letter the first time around but the staff was alright and so was the doctor. I would come back here again for the sheer fact that I've already been here before and there were no major complaints.
