We decided to venture in and I found a product called the Chillow. I decided to give the product a try. I tried the Chillow the next day and found that it leaked and was probably defective. Nine days later I was back in the Lawrenceville area and tried to return the product. I was told that there was a 7 day return policy and only if the box seal had never been open. That means that you cannot try the product or even open the box to examine it . The salesperson said that the return policy was on the receipt when I questioned him. I saved the receipt and it was nowhere to be found. The policy was stated on a 5" x7" sign on the back of the register, which of course, I did not see at the time of sale. The salesman said that the shop would be moving to another nearby location in the next month. Buyer Beware! Basically once you've bought it, it's yours whether it works or not!

But was not told until after I was already checked in, by the doctor himself, that he no longer does thyroid surgery. Nor does any one else in the practice. So instead of telling me to go to a doctor who could help me earlier soonest, I have now wasted weeks on what is potentially a cancer diagnosis (won't know until it comes out). I was also then given two names of people that could do the surgery, both of whom were either not taking new patients or could not see me for at least eight weeks. Please do not go to this practice if you are seeking assistance with your thyroid. This practice may be great for other things but it appears that it does not include working with the thyroid.
