If we say we only need one thing, she won't let us leave or accept that we only need one thing. I felt so bad for those who had their commission stolen from them. When people get too pushy or don't listen, it ruins the experience. Neal was incredibly professional and helpful, and knew the brand's scents and products like the back of his hand. Beautiful interior and minimal/understated presence (not overly loud) from outside the store. 5/5 - Will be returning to explore and to purchase scents from Frederic Malle here!
