I walked into Perfume 4U to purchase a gift, but I walked out with an entire experience! KC was absolutely amazing. I actually ended up leaving with three fragrances for myself because of how knowledgeable and helpful she was. The store was busy with multiple customers, yet she still managed to greet everyone, pay attention to each person, and cater to their individual needs. She truly listens, pays attention to detail, and makes thoughtful recommendations. Her personality is warm, genuine, and so personable I felt like I was shopping with a friend. She wasn't pushy at all and had so much patience. I don't usually write reviews, but when the service is top-tier, it deserves to be recognized. Prices are high. Sizes mostly 50ml for price of 100ml... plus looks not original or just old! Customer service is very bad, just go to another place next to them for better experience and pricing. Highly NOT recommended!!! read more

The woman who helped me wasn't very good at speaking English. I guess that's ok, but not very helpful. The fragrance I got for my guy was great. Smells terrific and he likes it a lot. It was $70.00 for polo sport. So it wasn't much of a deal but decent. I guess I'd go back. read more

Counterfeit. Absolutely counterfeit. I have been wearing my same fragrance since 2015. I know it like the back of my hand. I bought a bottle of it here and I took it home and I sprayed it and not only was it not the same fragrance, but it barely had a fragrance at all. I contacted the store and called him out on it and they hung up on me. They acted stupid. They know they are selling rebottled fragrances. I am turning them over to the FBI because this is actually a crime. They will be investigated for this. They are also being Reported to the manufacturer because they are not licensed to sell my fragrance. Stay away. If anyone wishes to follow up a report in conjunction with mine, reach out to the Las Vegas FBI division. Notify them Of the counterfeit item and if you have any evidence, preserve it. read more

This is a fake perfume shop. We got sucked into buying fake so called French perfumes which they sell at high prices. I do not how this shop exists in Las Vegas premium outlet mall as they scam and prey on tourists. We were told the perfumes are original French perfumes and gave us 50% from $200 and we got sucked into buying 2 perfume bottles. After coming to the hotel we searched for the perfumes brand on the internet and they are not french ones. Then we read on this blog and google reviews and realized we got scammed. We called to get a refund and told they do not refund and "do whatever you want with the product". We read on a google review that another customer had similar experience and was ready to inform the police and then they were returned the money. This shop should not be allowed to run. read more

This store have the best price in Vegas and bogo for every item. I love the perfumes with 20%oil by Claude Marsal. They are very expensive online and this is the only place where I can find for a good price and also with the bogo I can choose another perfume for free! The sellers are all very nice and lovely and they all speak 2 or more languages to give us the best customer service! read more

Consider me another sucker!! It's so rare to find ANY business nowadays that deals in new, unopened merchandise that refuses to refund their own products that you kinda forget to be careful and see the sign that's there that ALL SALES FINAL NO REFUNDS. I guess even they don't want their own stuff back. Lesson learned, glad i didn't spend too much money. Will definitely pay MORE MONEY if necessary to shop at a reputable business like Macy's or Amazon or even Walmart for that matter that will happily refund your money for unopened returns of their own product. Some times exchanges are fine but when it's something that you really want to return and get a refund don't go here. Unfortunately changing your mind is not allowed. After dealing with this runaround I returned a pair of sunglasses that I actually wore for a few hours and didn't like at a different store with ABSOLUTELY NO HASSLE OF ANY KIND. Only come here if you wanna be preyed on and bamboozled into buying low quality, off-brand, French BS perfumes. I regretfully came here looking for a perfume for my girlfriend for Christmas and left with two perfumes (buy one get one free). Me not knowing much about perfumes trusted the manager, Nora. She showed me this "luxurious" French perfume and pressured me into getting it. But after I left, something seemed fishy. Upon researching the brand, I found that its not luxurious and no one even knows what it is. I went back within the 7 days to do an exchange, but their computers were down. The Sales Associate told me to come back the next day and they could do the exchange no problem. When I got there the next day, Nora didn't honor the exchange. Instead, she said she we could only exchange one but we had to keep the other crappy hand-sanitizer, floral air freshener scented perfume. Her sales tactic are very predatory and deceptive. I don't know much about women's fragrances and trusted her judgement and now I feel dumb, cheated and out $100. She fooled me. Do not give this place your money or business if you're looking for a perfume. They're scam artists. read more
