If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked a full-face makeup appointment for my wedding a week in advance, clearly noting in my instructions that I needed to be finished before 11:30 am. I scheduled a 10:00 am appointment for a 60-minute session, ensuring I would have enough time. Sephora called me the day before my wedding to inform me that the look I requested would take 90 minutes, not the 60 I had originally booked. There was no prior communication about this, and they only raised the issue the day before the appointment. Instead of offering solutions or even acknowledging their scheduling error, they offered me a 30-minute session, focusing on only one part of my face. This last-minute change completely disrupted my schedule and left me scrambling to adjust. It's clear that Sephora's communication and customer service are unprofessional and inconsiderate. Brides, if you value your time and want a reliable, stress-free experience, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. I will not be returning. read more

Wow! Maddie is amazing! I walked in and a half hour later I had everything I needed! She was so helpful and made me feel great! She helped me pick out a sunscreen, foundation, concealer, highlighter, bronzer, and more. She had great knowledge of the products. Corinne helped me, too, with selecting a blush. staff member gave me unsolicited skincare "advice". in other words she started telling me all about what was wrong with my skin, and interrogating me about my skincare routine, then telling me how wrong it was, when i was just there to get a bronzer. she made me uncomfortable and i think if i wanted skincare advice i'd go to a dermatologist not someone at sephora who is trying to boost their sales. another staff member treated me like i was stupid for not knowing much about makeup. she would just give me blank stares when i asked her questions. she did not seem happy to be helping me and i felt like a burden to her. the concealer she tried to sell me was the worst-smelling product in the store and way too light of a shade for me. read more

This is a make-up junkie's "candy store." There's so much here and one can find just about anything make-up-related here. The staff is always friendly & can help located anything, color match, recommend products, fragrances, skin care, etc. Most products are a bit pricier than drugstore stuff but quality is usually good. Needless to say, I've already spent most of my paycheck here. read more

Pleasantly surprised with products found in this store. Love the Hourglass make-up line along with the Tarte lipstick. Home away from home! This place is genius. Samples galore and you can try almost ANYTHING! Even though Sephora is more expensive than I would like, I get to try on the products I'm interested in and wear them home. It's so helpful to be able to try on the product before purchasing (especially when you can spend more than a few pretty pennies here). That way I'm sure I like the product and get my money's worth. The samples are everything here and I guarantee I wouldn't buy half as much if I couldn't test it out first. They've got me, well done and I love it!!! read more

I was so pleased to find such friendly people here! My 82 year-old grandmother very much wanted to get her makeup done for her birthday and I quote: "see what this old face can look like all done up" She has very sensitive skin and my aunt (who is her caretaker) was worried my grandmother's face would break out. After inquiring at all the department stores in the mall and finding they were understaffed to do makeovers, we decided to check out Sephora, even though I was worried about them being a bit pricey. As soon as we walked in someone (I wish I could remember her name) greeted us warmly and went quickly to find Natalia to do my grandmother's makeup. We told her that my grandma had very sensitive skin and also hearing loss, but that she could read lips. Natalia was so patient and said she would work magic on my grandmother to give her a classic look. She did a great job and was very professional (even when my aunt had a little episode). I just wanted to say thank you to the great staff at Sephora!! Keep up the good work! I will definitely consider shopping there again in the future. read more

I've been a Sephora fan for a couple of years now and was not disappointed in their Market Place Mall location. I got a lot of welcome attention when I previously visited on a slow day, however to my pleasant surprise when I went during this past weekend's VIB sale when the store was pretty much packed- I still got a warm welcome and a employee (cast member Kathryn) spent a lot of time with me answering questions, teaching me techniques that I wanted to know & helping me out. Even later when I was browsing the store I was asked multiple times if I needed assistance. Good customer service is definitely what'll keep me coming back in-store as opposed to shopping online. read more

This is the worst Sephora I've ever been to. Their customer service is horrible, and we stood there for ten minutes while the employees stood in a circle and talked. When we did ask for help, no one was sent to us. When someone finally walked up, they rudely said, "Do you mind?" Just to make us move out of her way. Then, we asked for help AGAIN and they acted annoyed that we needed help, and still took several minutes to get us someone. Then, they didn't have my product, which I understand, but they claimed they couldn't order it online because it was "sold out online." I nicely said, "okay, I'll go to Ulta." read more

Will take my business to Ulta. I went to the store at night a few weeks ago and not one employee greeted me. After 5 minutes in the store an employee made eye contact with me and kept walking. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out what I needed to buy (I'm not a makeup person and I'm pretty sure I looked completely clueless), and nobody offered to help me even though two employees passed by me at one point. When I went to pay, the cashier (can't remember her name, but it started with a Z) was rude and looked annoyed. If I'm not mistaken the minimum requirement for a retail employee is that they acknowledge and help people --that's why they get paid, right? And the people in this store can't even do that. So, if you want to be completely ignored, and if people with attitude are your cup of tea, then by all means visit this Sephora location. I'm sure you won't be disappointed. read more
