I was about to leave empty handed, when she showed my a beautiful wig and suggested I try it on. She kindly took pictures of me with my smart phone. I thought it over and decided the style was a winner! Thank you Yesha for being so helpful and gracious and patient! I love my new hair! I returned to the store a few days later, and was helped by Akyan. She placed and order for me. She was very helpful also. I appreciated the courtesy shown by these amazing young women at this establishment. I will continue to shop at Clore, not only because of the countless selection of hair products, but because the girls who helped me made me feel valued as a customer. Sincerely, Rosemarie

It's the only wig store that she goes to, and she always has such beautiful wigs, with so many different styles! I haven't even been to the store yet, but I wanted to leave a review about Marvellous, the young lady who took my call! Just like her name, she was absolutely Marvellous!!! I had so many questions to ask and she was very kind, patient and helpful!!! After she'd answer one question, that would leave me with more questions, and she continued to answer them, without sounding like she was getting frustrated or telling me to just come into the store!! She gave me so much information about wigs, that I'm no longer stressed about finding one, like the 2 previous stores made me feel!! I couldn't remember the name of Clorés so I called 2 others in the city and by my 2nd or 3rd question, they became inpatient and told me to just come in and take a look around! I was about to give up when the address caught my eye and I remembered that it was on Upper James. I'm so glad that I noticed it, and was lucky enough that Marvellous answered! Because of you, I'll be going there Wednesday as you recommended to buy my 1st wig, hopefully more!! Thank you, Marvellous for being so helpful but mainly patient with me! You really are Marvellous!! I'll leave another review after I get my wig(s). I'm confident that my experience will be just as great! TBC...

I recently had my wedding in Toronto and Nidhi was my hair and makeup artist. We had a tricky…read moresituation of having two ceremonies (a Hindu and a Christian one) on the same day with an hour between both ceremonies - a day like this required efficiency and extended prep. Nidhi was fantastic at creating two different looks for both ceremonies. She did my makeup first, and pinned up my hair with extensions for a Tamilian bride look. For the second ceremony, she flawlessly took the entire thing down, then straightened, curled my hair, and did a half pin up with bridal hair pins. I got compliments from many guests. At the trial, she was very flexible and listened to my basic requests of keeping things simple with the makeup (I hardly ever wear makeup). We also chatted over whatsapp several times, so that I could let her know what kind of hairstyles I liked, and what my bridesmaids liked. She was extremely efficient in doing what she had to do, in the time that she was given. When our ceremonies went somewhat off schedule, she even waited for us patiently for about an hour to do my hair for the second ceremony. She travels all the way from Milton, and covers most of Toronto. I highly recommend her if you need a makeup/hair artist for you next occasion.

She is super patient with answering questions and helping people find the crystals, that will suit and work for them. She is very talented in not only helping her crystals find a new home but, also with the handmade jewelry, soaps, essential oil blends, crystal sun-catchers and other gorgeous wares that she makes. Personally, I have made a very deliberate decision to only support businesses that actually CARE about their customers and get to know them.  Stone and Shadow goes above and beyond caring for her customers, and it is 'crystal clear' that CONNECTION and love are in the forefront of her heart and mind. I am rest-assured that Nadia is particular about the distributors whom she gets her precious crystals from, and the sellers she does business with.  Nadia takes the extra time to care, cleanse and package your crystals prior to shipment. When crystal mail arrives it is an awesome feeling!!! As a businesswoman, she clearly holds loving and ethical values close to the forefront of her heart and mind.   I am grateful our paths have crossed and that Nadia has helped me start a beautiful crystal collection.  It gives me so much joy to work with these gems and they have helped me so much.  I hope they will help me as a massage therapist and future energy worker.  From the bottom of my heart, thank you Nadia and Stone and Shadow. Keep up the good work!
