I had hoped for so many years we would get a Lush, and even though this one isn't as cool as the ones in bigger cities that are in their own space and have a lot more room, I'll take it! The staff is always helpful, you can always try samples, and the staff always seems to know what to recommend to me. If there are any problems here, it would be that it is often crowded and a bit stressful, but I'm so happy they're busy and doing well, I don't worry about it too much. I mostly come here for the bath bombs, but I stay for wonderful bar soap, minimal packaging, and the wonderful staff.

I can't tell you what a lovely experience I had here the other day. If this is too long to read,…read morejust know: it's worth a little bit of money to treat yourself and take good care of yourself, and get to feel very pampered. I had to give a speech on Wednesday. In the before times, public speaking was very much a part of my wheelhouse, and Ioved to get to do it. After a rough two years, I was doubting my every word as I prepared to give my speech. I decided I needed the confidence boost provided by hair and makeup. I made an appointment at Drybar, and then directly after at Cos Bar. The darling Natasha did my makeup, and she talked to me the whole time so I would feel comfortable and relaxed leading up to my speech. She was absolutely darling. My makeup looked so good, and I love the products she recommended. The best thing: if you spent $200 or more, you got a free spring samples kit. The samples are incredible and easily valued at well over $200. I left for a work trip the day after, and packing was so fun because I had all these lovely little sample sizes. I will be a customer forever. And I will come here whenever I need my makeup with a side of pep talk and friendly chit chat.

The red dread headed lady had a STANK attutitude today, I finally found out her name is NICOLE…read moreBUSH. They literally had not been open for 2 hours this AM when I walked in to get hair.. I only asked her for help to get an item that was located on the very top shelf but instead of acknowledging my request for her help or just saying OK, she first looked at my crazy, took a swig from her water then took her time to walk my way.. (whole lotta non verbal/ huffing and puffing)... So I asked when she got closer to me " Are you having a good day?"... She just said yes... then I said "I only asked cause it seemed like you had a attutide when I asked for help, then she said " well im getting one now". Pause. But why so much attitude to do your job? Why does it feel like im bothering you when you are employed here? All I asked was for help to get something off the shelf that was placed so high you literally need a tool to get it down.. If they are paying you that bad, find a new one, but why treat customers like shit just cause I asked for help? I literally told her never mind, and that I will take my money somewhere else since I saw the situation escalated after her comment. She was GLAD I said this!!!!!!!!! When I walked out, the Chinese man, who im sure was the owner, was standing at the check out quiet.. I advised him before I left that I will not be back because of his associates attitude.. instead of letting me talk to the Chinese man about my experience in his store, Nicole Bush started yelling how she never said a word to me and how she was in the right, I was in the wrong.. Nicole Bush ended the conversation in a cussing match with me, when all I was trying to do was tell this Chinese man about my experience (he never replied, I Lowkey think he was turned on by the whole ordeal smh). She called herself trying to kick me out after I already said im taking my money somewhere else adding insult to injury.. this was a very trifling experience because I call back to speak to another manager with the last name "SMITH" they acted like I was waisting their time complaining nor did he want to give me full names but OKC is so small I remember her face and found it anyway...I just think the whole staff is unprofessional owners don't care since they been physically in business for sooo long so I know my complaint was the laugh of the day but going forward I will not shop here again nor refer anyone to this establishment.. Diva Beauty next door was WAY more professional. All this over me asking Nicole to grab some hair from the top shelf.. this is why customer service is important, especially in retail.

I must love this place because their products and sales keep me coming back…read more Here's a snippet from their About Page: "We make our products with love and care. We source some of the finest raw ingredients from the four corners of the globe. [Harnessing] the skills of artisan farmers [and adding] our expertise to create effective products that are wonderful to use." I've noticed that slowly but surely, more and more of their products are around my house. Their olive oil body wash as a cleansing kitchen hand soap, the almond nail oil in my desk at work next to their hemp hand protector, There are several of their masks, scrubs, and moisturizers on my sink. They have really grown their product lines since I've started purchasing from them. If they don't have something you are wanting now, they will have it soon. I haven't really used their make up yet, but my next shipment will have their blush and a lip stain. Their scents are amazing and I carry a small perfume bottle with me all the time. I truly felt and see a difference with the Tea Tree and Vitamin E products. They are definitely going to be staying on my counter! I can only think of two products that I don't love -- a body scrub and the instablur. The body scrub isn't bad, it's just not my favorite. But the instablur just felt like a needless face product. They took it back with no hassle for store credit! Whenever I come in to their only OKC location at Quail Spring mall, the manager greets me and asks if she can help me look for something. She is very knowledgeable about her products! There are a couple of others that work there, but they don't quite take to the beauty retail sales as much as she does. The Body Shop has a discount card for which you pay $10 upfront. With it you always get 10% off your whole purchase. You earn points - 1 per $20. Once you hit so many points, you get a coupon. And on your birthday you get $10! They almost always have a "sale" going on where you buy 3 get 2 free, buy 2 get 1, or buy one get one 1/2 off. Honestly, I always wait til there is a sale of buy 3 get 3. Definitely love their products, and I think you will too.
