We stopped in yesterday to get a Needoh which much to our surprise she actually had in stock. She was extremely nice and friendly yesterday talking about how quickly the Needohs are selling. She proceeded to tell my 11 year old daughter that she's getting a new shipment in tomorrow of Needohs and got my daughter super excited for the shipment. My husband even asked our daughter if she wanted to wait for tomorrow to purchase one in front of the owner. We ended up getting one of the Needohs in stock that night but for the rest of the night and in to the next day our daughter begged and begged to go back to check out the new shipment. We finally gave in and walked to Classy Rascals. When we arrived tonight we went up to the owner all excitedly to ask about them. She rudely stated "yes, they are here but they won't be available until tomorrow". She stated she was way too busy for us to even preview them today. I'm like well you told us about the shipment yesterday so we walked here and are excited about it. She simply stated in a condescending tone "I just told you they would be here today". She did at least advise I put in an online order immediately in the morning so they wouldn't be all sold out. Telling me the shipment was coming today seems as if they would be able to purchase especially when there was no mention of having to wait when she heard us talk to our daughter about waiting. Even without selling them, she could've at least handled our conversation nicely. I feel misled as does my poor daughter. Just shocked a small business owner who like handle the situation as so. But maybe this is her idea of doing business...

So I decided to wait and then post my review. Brandi is the one who did my nails. I have to say she did a great job, too. Didn't use any harsh chemicals to take the polish off. All she used was a clean, new, nail filer. A little buff here, a little buff there, and wham! The polish is off. Felt like I was talking to a long lost friend ,by our connection and conversation. I was pampered from beginning to end . Didn't feel rushed. Was offered a beverage when I got there. Very professional. You want to hear something funny? I first told Brandi I didn't want any cherry, no bright colors, because I wasn't looking for such a dark color. After going through 5 different colors, I found the one I really liked. Yes, it's Mocha Cherry. Beautiful color, BTW. I've had multiple compliments. It's been 2 weeks. My nails still look fantastic .I spotted a little polish off my thumb nail, besides for that, the rest looks great. As for the cost, can't beat it, $ 45.00. I'm telling ya, it's well worth it. Huge plus for me! I've been there for derma-planing, facials, and lash lifts/tints. But let's talk about Emily! She's wonderfully friendly and super down to earth, and she provides amazing customer service overall. The products she picks I really love. She doesn't push to sell them, and I'm not one to splurge or try a lot of new things, but I love some of it so much I did buy them. She's even super sweet and will give you samples to try to make sure it's good for you first. I leave glowing and relaxed every time!
