It made my former dentist look like he was operating in the dark ages. It was determined that I needed some fillings to be replaced. Based on past experience, the injection of novocaine was always the most painful part of the process. I was quite pleased that Dr. Rowley was able to administer the shot completely painlessly. My filling process was 100% pain-free.

Prices are fair, they have a great program for those who don't have insurance. I have needed quit a bit of work done. The work that he does is top notch. He's way better then old dentist... even cleaned up some of my old fillings. The building is so clean and up to date. Nice , super clean atmosphere. The staff here are always nice and kind. Very easy to work with. I would recommend this dentist to anyone. We drive 30 minutes just to get here... even though there is one 3 minutes from my house. Happy customer!

While I have never felt safer or more welcome while in Dr. Luke's chair with quality fillings and…read morecleanings by hygienic staff, the reception staff and manager have been very hard to communicate with and unfortunately lost newer information regarding my insurance on multiple occasions and refuse to listen to my complaints when I have been told that it has been fixed and then old information is still on my account and no reimbursements are made. I have been made to think that my employer is giving me false information and I have no active insurance. I would have been happy to give over all of the information again or even have them get in contact with my insurance agent or my employer directly because this has been an issue but could not make it to that point before I would get interrupted or told I was wrong. Instead, it was suggested that I would keep paying cash, out of pocket unless I wanted to file my own insurance claims on my own. This is unhelpful and proves they are not willing to look into any of this further but still want my trust and money. I will not be going back to see my favorite Dentist because of the numerous attempts I've made to rectify this situation.

The worst part is after being referred by the Oral Surgeon and they told me he would not charge me due to the fact the tooth had to be pulled just a few weeks later . Dr. Copeland a credit agency that not only placed it for collection but loves to be confrontational and with attitude that is less than desirable. I attempted to pay a fair portion of this bill but until the credit agency gets reality that extraction weeks later is not good work then I will do as many social media posts and updates and tell all my family and friends about this experience, in hope they choose another business. Fact 1.Root Canal complete and had to get pulled in weeks . Fact 2. would not give any consideration for the services that did not work. I saw Dr. Lois earlier this year for an extraction, and he was equally friendly, professional, and as considerate as one can be while removing a tooth! From the moment I walk in the door, I always feel welcome and comfortable. The staff in front is quite personable, helpful, and makes me smile. All the clinical staff, be they hygienists or dental assistants, are exceptionally good at their jobs and (I can't believe I am saying this) they make a visit to the dentist fun. I highly recommend them to anyone within an hour of Whitewater.

Upon arriving, they greeted me and told me they had my pre-registry paperwork which I completed online. Everyone was very professional, kind, and considerate. The only downside: I wish they would take monthly payments like my previous dentist, but they only take Care Credit. Interest free for the first year, making a $6000 bill "a lifetime payment to Care Credit." Very nice building and professional office/practice facilities. Plenty of parking. Just remember, any large procedure, they want the cash up front. No installment payments.
