Dr. Jenny has been our daughter's pediatric dentist and she has always made every visit feel positive, gentle, and truly caring. No matter if it was a routine check-up, cleaning, or anything else. The appointments have been welcoming and stress-free from start to finish. It's clear they genuinely love working with kids and understand how to put them (and parents!) at ease. A special shout-out to Krysta and Liz--their kindness, patience, and warmth stand out every single time. They go above and beyond to make the experience fun and comfortable, and we've always appreciated their gentle approach. Hands down, this is the best pediatric dental practice we've ever experienced. When your dentist office has a great view, the anxiety isn't so bad... LoL! Braden Dental in Lake…read moreGeneva was honestly the absolute best! Jaymie and Sarah were beyond kind, compassionate, patient....I could go on and on. It was a slow start for me, anxiety ridden and nervous (about everything and nothing). They made me feel comfortable and cared for. Truly cared for, for hours, which put me at ease. They gave me time to work through my anxiety and fears. Allowed me to stop and sit up when ever I needed to (many times). QUALITY is the best word to describe Braden Dental. And what pain?? None! High tech stuff going on in there. Seriously, I was scared of the shot(s), but I really felt almost nothing at all. After a while (I was there for almost 4 hours), my brain and body realized I was in a safe place, and they weren't going to allow me to suffocate or drown (irrational fears). They allowed me time to work through my feelings, and that was truly amazing. Jaymie worked her magic, and I'm incredibly grateful. If you need dental work, and want THE BEST of THE BEST, you need look no further. It was so refreshing, and surprising, that I was given so much time to adjust to all the dentisty things going on. We took a break in the middle and I was able to do a 10 minute meditation, which changed the rest of the appointment. I ended up humming to the music playing in the office while they were working in my mouth! (REALLY GOOD MUSIC: Fleetwood Mac, Journey, Queen, Keith Urban, Rolling Stones, Chicago, and lots more) Just so grateful! I will never go to another dentist. Ever. I will forever recommend them. Cool sidebar... Jaymie (my dentist) is a turkey hunter, too! So easy to talk to. A doctor has never made me feel more like a fellow human and not just another patient. Sarah was like a gentle and hilarious fairy god mother, who immediately made me feel like we've been friends for years. Before Braden, I tried two other local dentists and I went running for the hills from both. Just because Braden isn't part of any dental ins network does NOT mean that your insurance will not cover them. My first appointment was almost totally paid for by my ins (Delta Dental). Thank you Jaymie, Sarah and to all the wonderful and friendly staff! I could have easily hung out for hours with all the ladies there. Ok, I'm done raving about them, just call and make your appointment already.

She was thorough, professional, listened, asked questions and took zero shortcuts. I have a peptic ulcer that just will not go away. She took 2 hrs and it was easy to tell by her deportment that she really cares. It's interesting because that is a snapshot of the providers who serve at the Doctor's Office. My family and I have gone there for 3 years now. I recently got health insurance. However I trust the Doctor's Office with my healthcare. One more story. My father passed away from Covid-19/Pneumonia last January. The hospital did nothing for him. He lost over 20lbs in 10 days. After a battle we got him home. I called the Brookfield location and NP Jennifer Dall was working. They were just closing. I told her what was going on with my dad. She asked if I could get there soon. I said I'm about 30-35 minutes away. She waited. She did everything she could to help my dad. She went out of her way. Unfortunately, by the time the pneumonia had spread too much. But Jennifer Dall saw me again with a 2 minute notice. I'll never forget how well she served my family. Only wish she had seen my father sooner. Dr Barney, NP Margot Harris, PA-C Maggie McGraw, NP Erika Bourdeaux and Family NP Courtney Castelein. Maggie is my wife's favorite practitioner! Sorry so long. But, a thorough review is based on thorough care. The Christian O'Dell family trust this place implicitly.

They did give me a physical on the spot, so that was cool. The results of the visit were a prescription, and a report back on my blood test. It appeared as if the clinic never took action on getting back to me with the results of the blood test, nor sending in the prescription that came out of the visit. After multiple calls, and about 3 weeks of time elapsed, I did eventually get the results of my blood test. Same was true of the prescription. OK turned out that they were not calling my phone #, rather someone else's. Fast forward to just recently, I went in for a scheduled appointment. When I got there I was informed that the Dr. would be about 15 minutes late. An hour later, many patients came and went while I sat waited. I became frustrated and left. I may try a different branch office, but I'll never be going to the Darien office again
