Cathedral has been, from start to finish, the most professional and dynamic company. I thought that…read morerebranding was going to be a stressful and painful process, but Cathedral not only created an unique and eye-catching logo, but they walked us through each process knowing exactly what was needed to make the transition. Cathedral made a complete connection between our mission and image. Cathedral has been working with us on events, t-shirts, social media, web graphics, programs and fundraisers for over a year, and we couldn't be more excited to see the change. We have been able to be both educational and fresh in this ever changing environment, and that is essential to the work that we do here in Louisiana. One thing that I cannot brag about enough is their ability to work with our account on an administrative level - we have a small organization, which means we have a small staff. They gave us competitive pricing and coordination for all of our pieces, from t-shirts to business cards! The turnaround on projects is unbelievable. I can't believe how quickly they have been able to step up and work with us on a tight calendar.

From the very first contact, Cathedral's staff were extremely helpful, professional, and always easy to get in touch with. I look forward to doing business with them in the future.

Nathan is kinda my hero…read more My brother game me a Sony Vaio laptop as a gift a few months back. It belonged to his wife and seeing as it was riddled with horrible viruses she had given up on trying to fix it and instead decided to just buy an Apple computer instead. Now I'm thinking I'll just do a factory reset and save myself the trouble of weeding out the viruses. To make a long story short... I deleted everything... including the operating system. Even better I didn't have the system restore discs to fix it. Basically, I epically failed. So I looked around for months trying to find someone to fix it but I don't drive so it was always an issue of finding a ride or they just wanted WAY too much to re-install the operating system I already had a key for. I browsed around on Yelp and found Gnome computers and decided to give them a shot. Nathan came within the hour to pick up my laptop from my house and within a few hours he had called me back to say everything was just about done. Unfortunately, my power supply had died but he had the computer fixed before the battery on my laptop went out. Nathan offered to go and purchase a new power supply for me but I decided, being a picky shopper, that I'd buy my own. He helped me Via text to pick the best one for my money then met me at my house by the time I was done shopping. We plugged the laptop in and it worked perfectly, he even helped me to download all the necessary updates and gave me some great advise on a new router. Nathan is worth every penny and even then his prices are exceedingly low for the service he renders. Also he's a SUPER nice guy, not creepy in the least, I'm a young lady who lives alone and I felt absolutely comfortable having him in my apartment. I know I'll be going back to him for any computer issues in the future.
