A…read morerelative gave me a gift card for Brightshine Auto Spa; and after 1.5 years, I finally called for an appointment. The car that was returned to me looked 'brand new'! Stains on the fabric seats were 'gone'! I don't know what they used, but even a week later, they still feel soft! The carpet, which was full of debris in the smallest crevices, was immaculate! The back, which housed everything including Labradors, was back to its original shape! The center console, gear shift, dashboard, and doors, all an utter mess, were absolutely pristine! Finally, I cannot say enough about Mitchell! He was friendly, helpful, and extremely professional. After praising this accomplishment, he mentioned it was a 'team effort' to restore the vehicles! I've already scheduled an exterior cleaning and am looking forward to it! This was an amazing experience, worth every penny!

First of all they will scratch your wheels with the brushes that they use for the prewash. They also are closed any time that the weather is less than perfect, and when they do the full service with the interior clean they use an old dirty rag to do your windows, so you're better off just not having them do your windows at all. I still go to them and it's a great value but you have to realize the limitations of the place.

Manager questioned if a shopping cart did this, though clearly too high for such a scratch to occur (above the wheel well) and I went straight home after the car wash. He briefly attempted to locate any stones/etc in the brushes and ensured me that the brushes are new. Still doesn't erase the fact that my pristine Dodge Ram is now tarnished. I didn't want to deal with the hassle of getting a new paint job/trying to get reimbursed.
