John and Pam were super communicative during the entire time my car went from northern California to Southern Florida. The car came covered and in the same condition as when they picked it up. Cross Country Movers has loaded with experts, intense and die hard devotion with exceptional administration advisory group for legitimate supervision, No hidden charge and low cost. We were scheduled for 9am, and they arrived at 9:20am ( rush hour in the area isn't fun, and they did give me a call before 9 saying they were on their way, so I can't take points off for this) Plus, the start time was when they arrived anyway, so it's not like it costed us anything. The truck arrivied with 4 guys eager to get started. We brought them up to our apartment and we had thirty boxes already stacked near the door. Within 10 minutes, these were all loaded in the truck. The move was amazing. I really appreciate Cross Country Movers for their help

I recommend this to anyone who is moving to another city!

I was living in New Jersey and wanted to ship my car to Texas. They told me I could ship it from Connecticut instead. But on the day of shipment, they didn't show up. Later that evening, they called and demanded $700 more. I told them I was only willing to pay $100 extra, but they kept telling me the driver would come the next day. I ended up being stranded in Connecticut for three days and finally had to drive the car myself. They are fraudulent and extremely unprofessional. Avoid them at all costs.

When I informed them that I would not be going with them, they stated to harass me. They called about 8 times. They sent me multiple messages telling me why they are the ONLY legitimate company to work with. They would send me 4-5 messages in a row before I asked them to leave me alone. When I did this they just asked if they could call me. Eventually I started getting calls and texts from "the manager" who quoted me an extra $100. I asked why they had to beg for the work so bad and he laughed and said they never wanted to work me anyway. Very unprofessional and almost scary the way they insisted we work with them. I would never recommend even talking to them.

Action Auto was recommended by my move coordinator and I had a great experience! The price was a bit higher than some of the lowball bids, but what I saw online makes me believe those low estimates were never going to materialize. I needed a definite timeframe, and Action Auto made it happen at the quoted price. The driver was a friendly guy who reassured me, loaded my car carefully, and communicated with my sister who received it on the other end. Overall, great experience. By the way, my car is a standard SUV - not a fancy sports car or antique; I'm sure you can pay for special handling for those kind of specialty cars; I can't speak to those, but in my case of a standard car, open carrier, Action Auto delivered a great service on time and at a decent price.
