There was a weather event while he was there, and the administration ensured that they would be fully staffed regardless of icy roads. I felt confident that he was well taken care of when I could not be there. They made a difficult time better because I knew he was getting good care.

While I was there, I noticed the front office employees dealing with clients in the exact same professional yet polite manner.
