At this time I also had my damaged bumper replaced and painted by them, and had the entire car ceramic coated. After performing the work I was not entirely happy bc I had some very high expectations and I wasn't very knowledgeable about the process. I also should have asked more questions. They did an amazing job on the bumper and the paint correction and buff but some scratches just didn't come out bc they were too deep. I did complain and even though it wasn't their fault they refunded some money. Fast forward 3 months... I was looking for some recommendations from people on fb on fixing some peeling that had happened by the trim on my bumper. I wasn't blaming Slinks just looking for recommendations. Sam from Slinks saw my post on fb and reached out and told me they would gladly warranty the work and set up a time to bring my vehicle in. I met up with Mike and Sam at their shop and they assured me that whether it was fault of bad primer at factory or paint on their end they would redo it free of charge. I wanted to get my hood done as well bc it was covered in rock chips that couldn't be fixed without painting it. I requested them to also do the hood and black out my chrome trim on my front. Not only did they communicate great, they did awesome work... I mean they blew it out of the damn water. I'm more than happy with the work they did, so much that I have already spoken to them about doing more work. All in all these people do awesome work, and are very fair. I have no complaints and I would trust them to do work on any vehicle I own. I strongly recommend them based upon work ethic, work quality, communication, and integrity. It's so damn hard these days to find good shops and Slinks Garage is top notch!

I spent $20,000 on a vehicle there just a year ago, and since then I've had to spend nearly another $20,000 at the same shop trying to fix ongoing coolant and overheating issues. Instead of diagnosing and resolving the underlying problem, they would repair one issue, call it fixed, and send me on my way, only for the vehicle to overheat or break down again on the drive home. I repeatedly asked them to thoroughly test drive the vehicle after repairs to make sure it was actually fixed. They assured me they had, but when I looked at the mileage listed on the repair receipts, they had often driven it only a couple of miles--not nearly far enough for the engine to reach full operating temperature. So how could they honestly say they confirmed it wasn't overheating if they never drove it long enough for the problem to occur? After all of the money I've spent and the repeated promises that the vehicle was fixed, they eventually suggested I sell it back to them, offering only $9,000 for a car I've invested nearly $40,000 into. Based on everything I've experienced, I feel like I was strung along, charged for incomplete repairs, and ultimately taken advantage of rather than treated fairly as a customer.
