It needed modifications to fit, and repairs that I was told about. The shop performed the repairs and modifications with the understanding that there was a warranty in place, since i had paid for it, and had an invoice for it. Long story short, the engine is junk, even after the repairs. I was lied to, misled, and I just paid $7800 to put a boat anchor in my truck. They then tried to sell me a reman. Engine, and reimburse me for the previous engine and warranty??? Another $4400 difference. Just give back the warranty premium and cancel the warranty. I refused, so Bob Herrington tried to Bully me, offering $1000 warranty and $3300 invoice reimbursement for the $7800 I'm already out. Then hung up on me when I said I'll be taking legal action. Got an email from Jeromie, suggesting I look at my invoice, and saying there would be no more contact. Not acceptable, Robert. Lack of communication comes from talking when you need to be listening. Buy somewhere else , Anywhere, Else. Save yourself the money, pain, and suffering. People like this don't get to treat consumers like that. I'm going ahead with legal action for total reimbursement of all costs, as well as legal and associated costs. I'll also be reporting to the BBB. And following up with more reviews. Fictional warranty, and garbage product. I'll add to this as the legal process progresses. Also, I am really questioning the rating score. I'll bet it's corrupt. I had a new set of tires installed, an alignment, oil change and upper and lower ball joints…read morereplaced in the same day. They called at the end of the day to say they couldn't get the oil bung out and to take it to the last place that changed the oil. After it was done the shaking in the truck had not gone away and the alignment wasn't right Two weeks later I had my truck in another shop. They pulled off a front tire and the whole ball joint fell out. Fountain tire did not install it properly, did not replace the stabilizing arm, which was in bad shape and didn't change the oil. We brought the issue back to them and they said they'd "make it right". That was more than three months ago. I had a significant bill that day and left with more issues than I came in with. They've lost my business and I won't be recommending them any time soon.
