Which brings us to the 5th star. This is my first attempt at building cabinets and remodeling the kitchen so I had very little experience and needed someone who could convince me that they really envisioned what I wanted. JJ went to Arizona tile with me to pick out my slab and was very patient while I waffled between two nearly identical pieces. They were extra accommodating in meeting our Thanksgiving deadline when I barely got the cabinets built the day before. They made sure they were ready to go as soon as I was. Marcos has a very efficient turnaround time, next day, sometimes same day as templating. The install went very smoothly. The countertops have held up a turkey and four martinis and nothing has crashed through the floor into the basement yet. The cut was perfect and well polished. I had some extra trim and asked for an add-on window sill. They just tacked on a couple hours of labor and didn't try to gouge me on the price. I was pleasantly surprised. They do accept credit cards but pass the fees on to the buyer so cash is cheaper.

Irving and Juan were so meticulous in all aspects of the job. I had tile and carpet, part of which was over my partial basement that added a couple of complications where one part of my addition wasn't even with the original house. Richard came out and they worked out a plan to transition the two levels. It came out perfectly. I kept my original baseboards. Irving and Juan removed them without damage, numbered each one and reinstalled them. They were wonderful I can't say enough good things about them. In the middle of the installation, I came down with covid. After a week, they were right back on the job. I was afraid they would have another job in the works and was grateful to see them ready to finish. All and all, they were just about like family by the time the job was complete. The floors in the kitchen had to be torn up and matched to the floors in the living room and dining room, as they were all in the "line of sight". The existing floors are 20 years old and quite worn. The new floor boards were laid in the kitchen, and ALL the floors had to be sanded and stained to match. I defy anyone to come into my house and tell me where the new floors end and where the old floors start. They literally did a perfect job. No one can tell the difference. We love the color. We have natural American cherry, and it is hard to work with because it changes color so much as it ages. Yes, the old and the new look exactly the same. And they are gorgeous! Everyone at the company is very professional and easy to deal with. Kevin, the owner is an amazing guy and stands behind his product and his employees. He called during the process to make sure we were happy. In the end, there was one mistake made, as some grout in a transition spot from the kitchen floor to the tile in the laundry room got missed. As soon as I called him, he apologized, took responsibility and had someone out to fix it. Great customer service. Not to mention, they finished early!
