When I tried to clarify the bill, since it came as a surprise, I was met with indifference and attitude by the desk staff. Apparently it was for several months prior. Mind you, I pay bills on time and had been in the office several times during the period between the service and the bill. I had spent literally thousands of dollars in Invisalign and gum treatments without complaint. And yet, over an inconsequential amount, I was treated rudely. After paying the bill, I told the office I would be looking for other care. They continued to text, attempting to schedule appointments. In fact, I just got one recently. It was never about the bill, but about how to treat loyal, longtime customers.

During the consultation, I was very clear that I travel for work and specifically asked how often I would need to come into the office during the approximately 6 months of treatment. I was told only a few times, around 2-3 visits, which I knew I could make work. Before I ever started treatment, I found out I would be traveling much farther away for work and immediately reached out to see what my options were. That's when I was suddenly told I would actually need to come into the office around 8 times. Had I been told that from the beginning, I NEVER would have agreed to move forward or paid for Invisalign because I knew that many visits would not be possible with my work schedule. The way everything was handled afterward made the experience even worse. Josh, who I was told was in charge, was extremely rude and unwilling to work with me or help find a reasonable solution. I eventually spoke with Dr. Furman, who was aware from the beginning that I travel for work and agreed to at least give me a 50% refund. I was told someone would reach out with further details. More than two weeks went by and no one contacted me. I called multiple times, left messages, and was repeatedly told someone would call me back. No one did. Every time I tried to speak with someone, they were apparently too busy to get on the phone. They also suggested putting my Invisalign treatment on hold until I returned, while acknowledging that my teeth could shift in the meantime, so that obviously wasn't a reasonable solution for me either. If I had actually been told from the beginning that I would need 8 visits, I would not have moved forward. If it were the 2-3 visits I was originally told, I would have made it work. Instead, I paid the entire amount before even having my consultation, was later given completely different expectations about the number of visits required, and then had an incredibly difficult time getting anyone to communicate with me about resolving it. What a horrible and frustrating experience. Based on my experience, it felt like they were very quick to take my money but not nearly as willing to communicate or help once there was an issue. I absolutely would not recommend Promenade Dental.

had worst experience with them my son was receiving treatment when I had family care insurance,…read moreunfortunately state insure declined my renewal and I had to add my son to my insurance. when I gave them my new insurance information they took like a month to get back to me about the cost for the remaining of treatment to finally tell me that my monthly cost with my insurance wa going to be over 300 a month I explained that I couldn't afford that amount and inquired about tpossible ending the treatment sooner gave the option of removing and getting retainers but that was still expensive then told that I would then look elsewhere and they said no one is going to take me because I had already stitched treatment there. ita been six months since then, I found a orthodobriar that I paid 65 a month and now they call me and want to send me to collection because they have a legal contract and told me I have to take my son for them to remove braces. we didn't t go back since last summer and my new insurance sent them 3 payments and refuse to refund until I pay them . the ladies on the other home where very unprofessional raised their voice with attitude, it's been a few days and didn't get back to me. I don't recommend this place they didn't explain things, rude no communication I didn't know that cleaning was every four months with braces my new orthodontist explained and removed foe proper cleaning and when my dentist saw his teeth he had cavities because e they put a lot of cement on the back teeth that was hard to brush.

Dr. Baseri is very pleasant, honest and he did a very good job with my filling. My 20 year old daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Ghobadi, some of them were not fully out and she was really scared. The whole office was making sure this will be as comfortable as possible. Dr. Ghobadi was very efficient, one week later and there are no complications, my daughter feels well and is almost heeled. She herself is very surprised how good this experience was for her. She took a Valium prior to her appointment ( prescribed by the dr. )and used Nitric Oxide gas during the procedure and it really helped to ease her anxiety but the doctor definitely knows what he is doing, it took less then half an hour for all 4 to come out, some of them were grown some of them were partially in the bone still. As a former hygienist I am very impressed by this place and we will be back with our dental needs. I am a bit confused about the bad reviews, some of them are related to insurance issue and hours, we didn't have any issue with that.
