I've used White's Plumbing twice now…read more 1st time: I have a rental property and one of the two toilets was giving us issues. The flush wasn't working properly. My partner wound up calling them and they came right away, installing a new toilet for us. 2nd time: This time I dealt with them personally for my rental property. As it stands, we were on the way back from Navarre and my tenant notified me that she had no hot water. Given time and distance, rather than checking the property myself, I chose to have someone else do it. Given the insanity with Hurricane Helene, I was very surprised how quickly White's Plumbing was able to check out the property. The day after I called them they went and fixed the issue, which honestly was extremely minor and makes me wish I had gone myself, but hey, sometimes you have a bazillion things to do and it's better to pay someone else to do it. Overall, very pleased with them as they've come through time and time again. I will continue to use them. Thanks for your help, White's Plumbing!

So helpful, he came on a Sunday without charging extra, and only one day after first speaking with him. Without hesitation, I recommend We've Got Your Six for any of your plumbing needs. After researching online and asking around, I decided to give Mr. Rooter a call--and from that very first conversation, I knew I had made the right choice. Not only was the scope of our work more complex than usual, we ultimately ended up running a completely new service line. It was done timely and professionally. Bryan and Holly were incredibly professional, honest, and just downright good people. Because I don't live in Tallahassee full-time, finding a reliable contractor to complete work without me being physically present can be extremely difficult. However, they kept me informed from start to finish, providing clear communication, frequent updates, and plenty of photos and videos of the job. If you are looking for an honest, dependable plumber in the Tallahassee area, I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter enough!
