Keep Lance Maxwell Plumbing away from your property before they vandalize it like they vandalized my house. Lance Maxwell Plumbing is not the first plumber to install an electric hot water heater at my resident. They are the ONLY plumber that DID NOT comply with the Florida Building Code by using a sledge hammer to put a hole in the exterior wall of my house. Lance Maxwell Plumbing does not comply with the Florida Building Code - Plumbing, Chapter 5, Section 504.7.2 states and I quote "Where a pan drain was not previously installed, a pan drain shall not be required for a replacement water heater installation" end quote. Lance Maxwell Plumbing wanted to come back on property to repair the hole however after the vandalism they already did I was not going to give them the chance to do more damage. Just because Lance Maxwell Plumbing has proper credentials for plumbing, they DO NOT comply with the Florida Building Code. A Florida Building Code Inspector did not show up to ensure the work was done to code. Their website states being in business for over 20-years which is a mighty long time to not comply with the Florida Building Code. read more

I am very impressed with these guys. I had a pipe under the house that was leaking, and was surprised how affordable the repair was, especially considering they had to dig down to it. I called them back because I had previously gotten a quote from another local plumbing company of $300 to replace my kitchen faucet and some warped pipes underneath it, and these guys came out and did that same job, plus adjusted my water heater, fixed the outdoor spigot that was dripping, and replaced my bathtub faucet because the diverter was jammed, all for almost a hundred less. They made sure the job was done right, they were polite and professional, and I am so happy with the results. It's nice to know that there is a company in town after getting ripped off for many years by other plumbing companies that is professional that gives wonderful service the technicians were awesome the pricing was incredible and what more can I say other than it was the best plumbing experience I've ever had. Had them do a bathroom turnover and I am not impressed! The toilet they placed is now leaking at the seal. They did not place any of the flange/covers on the supply lines (its a $1.50 for the part) and they were to lazy to put them on so now I have to go back and kill the main supply and undo the shutoff valves to put on the covers. Also the Shower vales do not line up Cold points at 8:00 on the left and Hot points to 2:00 on the right. Save yourself the trouble and just call Keith McNeill and get a real professional to do the job. read more
