When they arrived, I…read moreexplained what I needed, and they proceeded to install my security floodlight, but when they got to repairing the light in my bedroom closet, they were about to use the bedroom switch to connect to the closet light switch before I walked in and told them that the closet light switch was in the closet itself. I assumed everything was done properly until he left, and I tried to pair the floodlight and it would not work. I called ring and they told me to contact the electrician, which I did have him stop back by to look into the situation and he realize he had not turned the power back on at the panel box. At the time, I also noticed that he did not put a cover on the electrical box above the floodlight where he had connected the electricity and I have never been able to get him to come back and finish that job.
