We hired them for a complete master bathroom remodel: replacing a fiberglass shower insert with a stunning Sentrel shower surround; moving the toilet and the HVAC register from the weird locations the builders chose in 1976; and installing a new vanity, recessed ceiling lights, and exhaust fan. We also had them install the same kind of fan and lights in our front bathroom. William produced one of the most detailed proposals I have ever seen, and subsequent change orders were a breeze, partly because of the project management software system they use, but mostly because their personal communication is stellar. There were a few days that we also had other service professionals working in the house, which meant having to deal with a lot of moving parts, and all of this was occurring in the wake of having lost my father. Heather helped me manage the chaos, providing both professional and emotional support with incredible patience and kindness.
