Our summer vacation ended in somewhat of a nightmare. 1 week before departure, we were informed that our return journey had been canceled by the airline. We contacted sembo who were almost impossible to get hold of. They kept replying that we shouldn't be worried and that we would get another trip before we had to leave. A few hours before departure I called again and now it couldn't be done. We could choose between getting the return journey the next day or canceling the trip. Forced to do so, we agreed to return home a day late, but this caused major problems at work and school. At the same time, we found that there were other journeys with the same airline, but due to delays from Sembo, they were overbooked. However, there were still business tickets and trips with other companies that sembo would not book us on. You can't get to speak to those who book the tickets, so you get no explanation and several times sembo didn't return even though they had promised. You are much better off if you book tickets directly with the airline or with a decent travel agency. We have spent hours trying to fix it to no luck.
