Mel's dedication and love for animals were evident in every update and interaction we had with her. They are reasonably priced and always go above and beyond working with your schedule. My puppy has grown and matured socially by going here. He has learned how to be comfortable around other dogs and we even interact better. I selected 1/2 day care because it worked best with my schedule and also felt at the time it was best suited for my young puppy. Most important is HE LOVES GOING! He whimpers and cries all the way there in the car then bolts running to the door with excitement. It's so cute! He never does that anywhere else we go. I've also used their grooming services and Jenn has done an amazing job both times. She has such patience and cares how about how comfortable the dog is. I really appreciate that. We'll definitely be back next summer!

We were just charged $39.80 for a nail trim. Every time we have taken our pets in for service, the…read morebills have been getting higher and higher. But after calling for a nail trim (last time done by a groomer there), we were charged $39.80! This is a small town in WI with a not very wealthy population. I called another vet and was told they'd charge $15. I'm done with this place. I just had our pets records switched to our new vet. If you want to overpay, give them a try. But personally--I'd rather pay a fair fee and donate the rest to a rescue or the humane society!
