Her calm nature, attention to detail, helpful suggestions and organization sold me on Type A from the beginning. She was even able to recommend our DJ to us (who was another fabulous choice!) On our wedding day, Diane and her team were really amazing. We had a cupcake debacle with another vendor and they stepped in and immediately fixed the situation (and the smushed cutting cake) I received so many compliments from guests on how much they loved the food. Diane was there all night at the reception to make sure everything went smoothly. All of the staff members I met that night we friendly and I heard the same from my parents. Diane and Type A made things run so smoothly and I am so glad I chose them! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch wedding caterer!

We roughly made a lemongrass soup and some kind of salad that had no salad ingredients in it. This was supposed to be a Thai cooking class. We basically got a paper print out of the recipes and we just had to follow them. Except if there was something in the recipe that the chef didn't like himself, then we were not given any of that. Hate leaving a review like this, but I really don't want anyone else to spend this much money on something that's a entire waste of time! We actually made up an excuse to leave early... We opted for going next-door to the Mexican place and getting a margarita to drown our disappointment in !! Highly recommend the Mexican place next-door !! They made my wedding day feel like an absolute fairytale, and I truly felt like a princess. Beyond making everything look beautiful, they are absolute lifesavers. We had a couple of major crisis moments that could have completely ruined the day: our bakery lost our entire cake order, and the Castle where we booked our stay and wedding tried to tell us we couldn't stay in the room we had already paid for. Rachel and Kelly handled both situations flawlessly and fixed everything before it could go horribly wrong. They were absolutely amazing, professional, and fiercely protective of our big day.
