While I was still attending classes, I was given the opportunity to bartend at a charity event through the school and made more money in that one event than it actually cost to attend the school. I have to state that the salads had a unique taste to ones that I have ever tried in the past. I almost thought this "restaurant" was trying to throw a new kind of nationality of food for a certain demographic. Nope. It was pretty much Italian and North American type food. Even if the word "Orzo" is North American apparently. The cold cut sandwiches were amazing with pimento cheese and the cheesecake brownies were amazing too!
