The party was for young kids and I really wanted everything set up and ready for them. Instead I was incredibly stressed and the event look half done when they arrived. I was told they would work with me this year on pricing to make up for it but they have refused to answer my messages to simply check their availability. These entertainment rental companies have such iron class contracts with deposits holding you to your obligations but there is no recourse when they are at fault.
