She cleaned my teeth exceptionally well and explained to me the importance of flossing daily. She added some fluoride to sensitive teeth. After seeing Daniella, Dr. Moradi checked my teeth, chatted with me about concerns I had, suggested a different toothpaste and to come back for x-rays when i wasn't pregnant. She was kind, super easy to talk to and explained everything thoroughly. I have continued to see Dr. Moradi and Daniella for the last 3 years now. The office is SO good about sending you reminder texts for your appointments, calling to let you know if they can squeeze you in if they have a cancellation, postcards in the mail reminding you about appointments and to top it off they even sent me a welcome baby card!!! I love the office staff, sweet Daniella, and Dr. Moradi is one of the best dentists out there.

I called and they were very accommodating and brought me in for emergency dentistry. The office is super modern. I felt comfortable and at ease. Dr. Botros was my dentist. He is hilarious and has excellent bed side manners. He took care of me and got me out of pain. I was worried I'd need a root canal but he's a great dentist and was able to fix the problem. On my return visit, I saw Dr. Szczepaniec. She's excellent as well. Both have a great eye on esthetics and take a comprehensive approach to dental care. I now see them regularly and it's been 4 years now! You normally have to go to Manhattan or Beverly Hills to experience something this good. If you need a dentist, drive to them it's worth it! I was referred by Panrod Dental because they believed I had periodontal disease in October 2025…read more However, SoCal Perio Implants isn't very transparent about how they charge new patients, or everyone there was just clueless? During my first visit for consultation, their team told me they'd only charge $99 of CT scan for this visit since I was referred by Panrod. I agreed, and after they checked my CT scan, Dr. Giuseppe Carvelli essentially told me it's better to redo my old implant in order to fix the problem; however, their billing team couldn't give me a quote before I walked out from their office that day. Anyways, I got their email next day. SoCal Perio quoted me $8000+ to redo my implant. I then called them back to ask for detailed explanations simply because the email I received did not seem very organized. They wanted me to revisit the office to discuss further. Meanwhile I decided to check with a different dental office for a second opinion, and WOW, the new dentist told me my old implant was just fine. Turned out there's no gum disease at all and I do not need to replace my old implant. All I needed was a new crown. They quoted me right away. It costs $1000 top. I still visited SoCal Perio the for second time and hoped to discuss with Dr. Giuseppe Carvelli. I did not get to see him, so I talked to his assistant to find out if there's a possibility of a different treatment plan? The assistant immediately asked me if it's about money? He said someone from their billing team can help me - maybe offering me a generous discount or something if I can't afford it. I said I'd still like to discuss with a dentist instead of a billing team member. Unfortunately none of the dentists there was available to talk to me, so I left and went with a different dental office to fix my tooth and it cost $900 to get a new crown. Crisis solved. Fast forward 6 months later, I got an email from Socal Perio Implants saying I owe them $304 - it did not have a breakdown or any details. It said "carry-over balance" instead. For some reasons their emails are always very confusing and unclear. I called them to find out more, and Jenny from their front desk said she'd email me a copy of the detailed receipt right away. Even so, I got a blank email with only her business card attached. I had to call again for the file. And that one visit was $99 for the CT scan + $205 limited oral evaluation. No one from SoCal Perio office ever talked about the $205 evaluation fee. I wish they could be more honest about it beforehand. Anyways, basically they charge $300 for a simple consultation. You get to talk to the dentist for 10 mins and they try real hard to sell treatments that you don't necessarily need. It's really sad to find out this is how they run their business. Think twice before you visit SoCal Perio Implants.

She takes the time to explain everything about my gums and oral health, making me feel comfortable and informed instead of overwhelmed. She's so gentle but thorough, and I can really tell how much she cares about her patients. Dr Kord, she really spent time and explained everything in a calm and caring way. On the day of cleaning the dental hygienist Yang took care of me so well. I had previous experience in the past which wasn't pleasant . Yang was so good so good, I told her I may come back next month for another cleaning ! Overall 5 star is not enough for Dr Kord and her office. I highly recommend Kord Dentistry without any hesitation !!
