    According to Purolator their gps says that the parcel was delivered and yet the photo provided…read moreisn't my home. I provided photos of my home, clearly showing it isn't where it was delivered, but they say their GPS is accurate so they close the case. Not only that, I have a camera out front, and I showed them the time frame they said it was delivered showing no one came up the driveway. Their drivers have done this repeatedly. Absolute liers. Their GPS is just a general area, there are over a dozen homes in the area. They are criminal.

    My wife placed an on line order several weeks ago and was given an arrival date quite some time…read morelater. We were pleased and surprised when we read that the order had been shipped from Toronto on a Monday, arrived in Moncton on Tuesday, Made it to Halifax early Wednesday and received a second scan later that day (in other words it was unloaded from the 40ft trailer and scaned into their building). This is were our happiness ended. Knowing that it most likely wouldn't be delivered on Wednesday we waited and checked Thursday but the package still did not leave the Depot. Again, understanding that things can happen we waited until Friday before trying to call, just to see if it was being shipped or if maybe I could go to the depot and pick it up there. She was told that the driver scans wouldn't be uploaded until 10am so they wouldn't know until then what the status of the package was. She called again after 10 and checked the tracking number, the package still had not left the center. About 45 min later she received an update about her package that said it had been scanned into the center on Thursday?? and that due to bad weather the delivery of her package was delayed and that service will resume, weather permitting for Friday. We live less that 15 KM from their depot and as I look out the window at this cool and overcast but dry day, a day that the school kids have off so there is much lighter traffic on the roads, I have to wonder.... Why do they feel they have to LIE? I will never choose Purolator or recomend them because of this. If they had simply been up front and told the truth then we would have been Okay with the delay but being shady and untruthful, that destroys any trust I might have had with this company. I would suggest that if you have any options to use a different carrier then you should at least consider it. Sorry, but this really disappoints me and pisses me off.

    Lost money at this location- paid for signature - did not get it and UPS even lied and said my…read moresister signed for a parcel- they left it on the front porch- no one was home and yet the owner of this UPS insists she signed. When you try to get your money back he insists he is only a "franchisee" and there is nothing he can do to get the money back from UPS. Then the owner has the audacity to say, "I believe you will find other couriers do the same thing." Who says that?????? What a joke- who sells a product/service that they cannot assure consumers that they will get what they paid for. NEVER EVER using this place or UPS again.

    Unfortunately 2 items I ordered through Avion rewards were shipped via this carrier. I waited weeks…read morefor the packages to arrive. Initially the tracking number took me to an error page. Finally the tracking indicated the items had been at this UPS location for 3 days. When I arrived, I was told that in fact, they had been returned to sender a week prior, after sitting there for 2 weeks. When I explained I couldn't have known they were waiting for pick-up because the tracking number didn't work, the clerk shrugged and nodded as if this was routine operating procedure. When I explained I had received zero delivery notifications, the clerk looked skeptical but another employee overheard and said "Yeah, that happens". In other words, the employees of this decrepit company seem to understand fully how useless their services are, but still manage to be rude and unsympathetic. This was an avoidable mistake made entirely by UPS, and I received neither apology nor explanation. I will now have to somehow arrange to have the items shipped again at my own cost, but when I had the nerve to suggest this was poor on the part of UPS, I was chased out the door by snarky and dismissive "thanks! goodbye!" from all the employees present. Online vendors, please, please just use Canada Post. I use them for my own small business and have never had a problem.
