It's my first choice for photocopying because they let businesses and groups prebuy copies in bulk (I usually buy 5000 at a time) and let me or anyone designated by me make copies on that account. it's a good deal, financially, and it works well for us. They also have computers so I can bring my files in and have them printed out. Their colour copies produce first rate results on heavy, slightly glossy stock. The store also has a small selection of stationery supplies, a large banner printing machine, fax services, postal boxes, and all the shipping services of UPS. They also sell packing materials and boxes, and will pack anything you might need sent, no matter how odd the shape! The best part of the store is the staff: Kim, the owner and her staff are extraordinarily helpful, supportive, smart and even funny, when appropriate :) I would find it very hard to run a business in Lunenburg without this store.

May seem like it's not a lot, but as someone who frequently has to reprint her documents, I appreciate it! And the prices? So competitive. I always expect printing places to be expensive, but Fed Ex isn't at all!

Either way, was in and out without any issues, it was just time consuming to fill out the paper work to send something to the states. Definitely check'em out and most people don't even know about this location!

As a result I started keeping close tabs on our parcel early on. Our stuff had initially been shipped March 20th and I was delighted when I saw that it had 'arrived' in Halifax April 1st. Two days later still no package and the website now stated that my address was difficult to locate and would be taking extra time. I live on the corner of two pretty main intersections so I was at a bit of a loss as to what the confusion might be? When I called the 1-800 purolator number I was even more surprised to find out that purolator keeps regular business hours (more or less) ie- not open weekends to field queries, etc. Overall, we did get our stuff in the end but I expected a bit more from such a shipping big name.

I provided photos of my home, clearly showing it isn't where it was delivered, but they say their GPS is accurate so they close the case. Not only that, I have a camera out front, and I showed them the time frame they said it was delivered showing no one came up the driveway. Their drivers have done this repeatedly. Absolute liers. Their GPS is just a general area, there are over a dozen homes in the area. They are criminal.

I dropped a prepaid parcel here June 19, 2026. It was a large $1200 order of vintage clothing…read more I received a receipt. No accurate tracking followed. The parcel evaporated. It has taken a perverse number of hours of persistence to follow through with a claim. Impossible to contact anyone who actually cares. According to a person at The UPS Store, when UPS trucks pick up from Store they are not immediately tracked? 3 months later and no tracking, no explanation, no evidence of how this parcel evaporated. Their resolution was recovery of shipping expense and $100.
