Visited the store today for a refund which I didn't get. Feeling very misled and disappointed with Glubes because of the following: 1. Only credits granted, no refunds 2. Refund request has to be done within ninety days after the warranty expires (wasn't told this at time of purchase) 3. Learned today that their warranty program has changed As a repeat customer, Glubes did nothing to help. As a result, I will not be returning and definitely wouldn't recommend them.

Instead, we got a salesperson that refused to listen and propose solutions, but instead identified problems (which, can all be quite easily solved for a 'to-be' constricted space). With a lengthy career in business, I can say from experience that if I treated my customers in this manner, I would no longer have a practice. Anyways, we ended up finding amazing help, and some very neat ideas, at a local competitor, so much so, we ended up dropping a hefty sum on a custom solution. Suffice to say, I would never go back. Try visiting local competitors first.

My previous pair…read morehad met an unfortunate end in the wheel of a bike tire and I had the sad task of replacing them. When I walked in the door a gentleman quickly greeted me and asked if he could be of any service. I told him my story and he actually said he was sorry for my loss as though a relative had past away. Being an audiophile I really enjoyed his sentiment. I let him know that I was looking for a set of headphones in a specific price range and he quickly guided me to the the head phones within that bracket. He very candidly told me that all of these were top notch except for one and if I'd like a demo he'd be happy to help. Obviously I said sure and he guided me to a chair. He then brought me each of the head phones (six in all) and let me check out the sound quality on all of them until I found the ones that were right for me. It's amazing how much different music can sound in a good pair of cans! I sat back to listen for a little while and when I finally made a decision the guy knocked a little off the price for me! Peak Audio is a high quality shop for those of us who love our music and our home theatres. If you're looking for a real bargain, go elsewhere, but if you want top notch gear from people who know what their talking about, there's no other choice in the city. After this great experience I'll return to Peak Audio for all my audio purchases. You should do the same!

Unhelpful. Rude. Unethical. Patronizing. Didn't not want to make an effort to find a fuse for my…read moresecurity system for my home. Instead he wanted to sell me a $5000 security system. Mine is 10 years old and needed a $2 fuse. My system is Honeywell. I went to their office with the fuse. I guilted him into looking for a fuse to fit it as they sold me the system. They could have cared less. A week later he emailed me to say he couldn't find the fuse and still offering a new system I called Honeywell and they sent me two free fuses. I will NEVER buy a system from these people again. I will pay triple to avoid there poor customer service.

I am SOOO HAPPY I used Tibbett's Electrical for the install of bathroom ventilation, and lighting…read more I had seen their work van around pretty often when I was driving and had always considered them more for bigger jobs and contracts. I needed this electrical work done and the the original electrician that the contractor had booked was not able to come. This was going to hold up the work. I called Tibbett's they were able to send two of their team over the next morning. They came assessed what I needed- they had everything they needed in their truck! They even made a few suggestions to make the outcome better- things I had never thought of-- I was so happy to have their experienced eye to look at my project. Their job was into two parts- they had to arrange to come back after the contractor had done more on his end-- and when I called again to tell them we were ready- they came promptly and were in and out with out any fuss. I was so impressed. As a single woman, dealing with Trades is honestly a bit intimidating. With Tibbett's I felt really taken care of! I felt they knew exactly what to do and I saw how they took care in the details. They cared that it not only worked well, but that it also looked good too.
