The cedar fire had such a pleasant fragrance, and the sounds of wildlife in the area and the views were unspeakable. Even though if feels like your out in the middle of nowhere, there are so many things nearby. I understand why there is a three day minimum stays, you will want to spend more time there to relax and enjoy the simple pleasures of life. No tv is available and that was wonderful.

When I arrived early as instructed, there was no one at reception and no paperwork prepared, so the start of the experience felt disorganized. There were also a few interactions during the appointment that made me uncomfortable, and the session itself ended significantly earlier than expected for the 90-minute massage I had booked and paid for. Due to delays at the beginning, the actual hands-on massage time was much shorter than anticipated. That said, after I shared my experience, management did reach out directly, communicated professionally, and worked with me to resolve the issue by offering a partial refund. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to address the concerns in a respectful manner.
