Myself and my three children (12, 10 and 8) have been attending for a little over 2 years now and we simply love all aspects of the dojo. The staff and so very well trained and run the studio in a professional yet family-oriented way. For the children it is a wonderful combination of physical exercise and discipline. A great deal of effort is spend by the Sensei's to not only teach you the physical aspects of the martial arts but also to focus on being courteous and sensitive to others. I have seen my children grow in their martial arts and I have seen how the "softer" aspects that are taught at the studio have filtered into their lives and most importantly their school work! For myself I have to admit I only started to encourage the children but honestly it has changed my life and I am truly addicted! I go as much as my work and family life allows and I am stronger, fitter and much more confident in myself. I cannot recommend this studio enough I guarantee you if you give it a chance for just 1 month you will be hooked just like me and it will change your life for the better!
