I truly feel like they genuinely care about every patient, not only about their dental health, but also about making sure they feel comfortable and receive the best treatment plan for their individual needs. One of the most wonderful things about Jade Dental is that they provide dental work specifically for veterans who otherwise wouldn't be able to receive care. I had gone to a different dentist before and had a horrible, even traumatic experience. Through a veterans organization, I was approved for care, and the very next day a kind person from Jade Dental called to schedule my first appointment. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. Everyone was welcoming, the atmosphere was comforting, and there was even fun music playing. Dr. Fernandez went over my treatment plan and answered every question thoroughly. Over the course of a few visits, I received a deep cleaning, a couple of root canals, a couple of fillings, a couple of extractions, and a bridge. I never felt any pain throughout the entire process. Every person at Jade Dental was amazing, kind, and comforting, and I truly appreciate the care they have given me.

I recently attended what was described to me as a "working interview" at this office…read more Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. I was told I could arrive at 9:00 AM when the office opened. Upon arrival at 9:15 AM, I was immediately told I was late, even though I had been instructed to come "starting at 9 AM." I was also questioned in an unprofessional manner about my attire, despite not being informed beforehand that scrubs were required for the working interview. At no point prior to the interview was compensation discussed, nor were the expectations, duration, or payment terms explained. I was asked to return home to change and come back, without any prior agreement regarding pay or work hours. Later, I was asked to attend another location on a different day for several hours, again without previously discussing compensation details. As a dental assistant with three years of experience, I believe working interviews should be clearly communicated, respectful, and transparent regarding expectations and pay. Professionalism and respect for candidates' time are essential. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those standards.

I came in for multiple appointments and the dental hygienist was very weird and sang and talked about politics and other people badly. The dentist game in for three minutes at the most and looked in my mouth and said, "great looks good!" The equipment is very old and not updated. I also had a dental emergency and called hoping to get in that week and they made an appointment for me three months out! I asked to be put on the cancellation list but no one ever called of course. The week of my dentist appointment comes and they call me saying the dental hygienist will be "out of office" that day? Okay? There's only one dental hygienist??? She says the next availability will be a couple weeks out because she's semi-retired. I said no thanks, I'll be finding a new dentist. The lady said "okay I understand, have a good day." 1/21/26 I would strongly recommend reviewing your billing…read morestatements very carefully if you choose to visit this office. I am an in-network patient with United Healthcare and had multiple services performed in early 2026. I have been dealing with ongoing billing issues with this office since January 21, 2026, and as of today, this matter is still not resolved. While the clinical care itself was acceptable, the billing practices and lack of communication have been extremely concerning. Despite receiving insurance payments, my account does not reflect any contractual (EOB) adjustments that are required for in-network providers. Charges appear to be based on full billed amounts rather than the allowed amounts under my insurance plan. Additionally, several claims were submitted using incorrect procedure codes, which resulted in denials. These issues were not corrected or resubmitted by the office. I prepaid for services and have paid over $5,000 out of pocket. I have also confirmed the office received and cashed insurance payments, yet they continue to state I have a balance. Based on the payments made and proper application of insurance adjustments, my account should reflect an overpayment. Instead, they have not reconciled the account and have not issued a refund. At this point, it appears they are attempting to collect payment from both me and my insurance for the same services, which raises serious concerns about double billing. I was also told that billing my insurance was being done as a "courtesy" and that I would need to handle denials myself, which does not align with expectations for an in-network provider. I have made multiple attempts via email and phone to resolve this directly, including requesting a call with the doctor. Dr. Jennifer Muir has refused to communicate with me despite repeated requests, making it extremely difficult to resolve these issues. I encourage anyone considering this office to ensure full transparency regarding billing, insurance processing, and treatment estimates before proceeding with services. 5/19/25 Update that no resolution has been provided. no Account statement has been provided as requested and still having to deal with un responsive office. I have prepaid for services and they will not refund me for that either. 5/28/26 I requested my patient records, and the office has refused to provide them. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. 7/7/26 as of today I am still owed a large refund and the office will not respond to emails or provide refund for overpayment. office has also submitted multiple claims for the same services and have been paid out twice by myself and insurance company. no adjustments per in network contract on any services have been applied. Per EOB and contractual break down I am owed back $1,646.90.
