La Buenísima used to be a solid, no-nonsense laundromat. The old PayRange digital payment system…read moreworked well, was efficient, and actually made doing laundry less painful. Then they "upgraded"... and managed to make everything worse. Now you have to physically swipe at every single machine, which is not only inconvenient but raises real concerns about card skimmers and my bank tests me about potential fraud given the number of duplicate transactions. That oversight alone is troubling in 2026, when secure, touchless payments already exist and were already working here. To make matters worse, the network is "out of range" or down at least half the time, forcing customers back to coins anyway. Yes, there's an ATM on site, which is nice but then what's the point of digital payment if it doesn't reliably work? And when you ask the staff on site you get an "I don't know" That's not convenience, that's backtracking. This is the textbook definition of if it's not broken, don't fix it. The old system worked. This one is clunky, unreliable, and feels like a step backward in both usability and security. I'll still come here if I have to, but the experience has gone from efficient to frustrating for no good reason. Please reconsider the payment system, because right now, it's the weakest part of the business. The free dry is awesome and the staff keep the place clean which is the only reason I give it two stars.

Really disappointed in how poor quality this laundry mat has came to.. I've been coming here for…read moreyears now and i have to say recently there's been a drastic change in cleanliness, how many dryers and washers that actually work, customer service, & lastly having attendants available to the laundry mat. This is my 3rd week coming with no one available, dying sweating while i'm washing because the ac is off, restroom locked and not being able to use the restroom, calling the customer service number and no one answers. It's ridiculous as well, according to the signs it's half off on wednesdays as well and that's not true the prices have gone up to almost the same as i would spend on a regular wash day. Not sure what's going on but there definitely needs to be a change in management on their end so people can come into a clean and working laundry mat not having to wait 20 minutes to dry while people take their stuff out of the washers. Looking forward to a change here...
